Abstract: The focusing Mechanism is an important component of Final Optic Assembly (FOA) in an ICF facility. In this paper, focusing mechanism structure and factors that influence its targeting accuracy were discussed. The impact of the lens pose on targeting when four cylindrical guides were distributed in 4×90°is studied. And it was compared with the situation when three cylindrical guides distributed in isosceles triangle were used. The geometric model was built to analyze the target error caused by the deformation of the front and rear flat. In the end, the deformation was calculated by ANSYS. The result shows that the deviation change is minimized when the diameters of the support rods and guides take specific value.

Abstract: Commonly used video data smoothing methods in analytic system is interpolation and filtering. Images of sports biomechanics signal data is a quadratic function, such as projectile motion. In recent ten years, few scholars have conducted a comparative studyon the effect of different kinds of smoothing method on this type of signal data processing, we first list the mathematical principle of various kinds of interpolation method and filter method, with proper mathematical reasoning and combined with the literature to get the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and scope of application, and then validated with experimental method and draws the conclusion.

Difference of Mixing and Cocrystallization of TNT and CL-20 Studied by Molecular Dynamics Simulation
Abstract: For the purpose of studying the difference of mixing and cocrystallization of TNT(2,4,6-trinitrotoluene) and CL-20(2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane), molecular dynamics simulation(MD) was performed within Discover code. After the equilibrium of the system, the average bond length of trigger bond(Lave) is almost unchanged after mixing or cocrystallization. However, the largest bond length of trigger bond(Lmax) of CL-20 in cocrystal is shorter than that of it in pure CL-20, indicting the cocrystal is more difficult to be detonated than CL-20. The Lmax of TNT shows the same result. The cocrystal shows a larger cohesive energy density than composite ones, suggesting the cocrystal is more insensitive. Besides, trigger bond energy of cocrystal is larger than physical mixture of TNT and CL-20, suggesting the cocrystal is more insensitive. The mechanical properties show the cocrystal is more harder than pure TNT or CL-20, but has a weaker ductibility and tenacity.

Abstract: The optical properties of triangular gold nanoparticle pairs are investigated by numerical simulations using Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The simulation results show the significant red shifts of plasmon resonances as the size of nanoparticle is increased. The large electric field enhancement is also verified by calculating the local electric field distributions.

Abstract: The dynamic modeling method with finite element for the motor frame was introduced by using ANSYS software to analyze the frame modal. Natural frequency characteristics and the vibration modes of frame under the action of centrifugal force during vertical machining process were discussed, and effects on the result of modal analysis coming from rotating centrifugal force at different velocity were analyzed. These study results are helpful for guidance of the key process and equipment design for machining the motor frame.

Abstract: The wireless ultraviolet (UV) communication technology has received great attention for either short-range high data-rate services or medium-to-large range low-rate sensing applications. However, performance of an UV link is limited by multiple constraints from the current UV laser source and detector technology, and atmospheric link conditions. In this paper, we have designed a model of UV communication system using OPTISYSTEM simulator to establish a FSO link between transmitter and receiver by a distance of 500m at data rate of 2.5 Gbps which is no reported in previous investigated works.

Abstract: Die casting processing analysis was conducted and the gating system and the cooling system were designed for aluminum alloy gearbox housings. Numerical simulation software PROCAST was used to calculate the filling and solidification sequence and the temperature field of die castings. The reasonable designs of the gating system and the cooling system were obtained. The feasible die casting mould was designed and manufactured. Production trial showed that, casting molding effect is good, and there were not defects such as misrun, cold lap. After machining, there were not defects exceeding the allowed limited values including porosity, shrinkage, and slag inclusion in the products. The trial showed that the product mold design and die casting technology achieved the desired effect, which can realize batch production.

Abstract: By accident of a power plant desulfurization CFD Research sprinkler system model to simulate the process of considering the two-way coupling between the droplet atomization, evaporation, with the main flue gas stream. The results showed that x = 3300 sectional arrangement 40 nozzles, high temperature flue gas through a water spray after 10.8m reach x = 14100 section of the temperature has dropped to 358K, before entering the GGH down to 345K, meet an accident situation spray cooling requirements.

Abstract: Relative experiments show that churning causes dominant power losses in geared box, which has an important influence on dynamic efficiency assessment of the driving system. This paper put forward a simulation model of churning losses and compared the simulation results with theoretical value. Simulation results testified the simulation model is pretty accurate and is feasible to be used for churning loss simulation.

Abstract: In this paper, through the establishment of a finite element model of radial tire, the finite element analysis of radial tire is made under vertical load condition. The laws of deformation, stress and strain of different wear tire are obtained. At last, the analysis result is discussed.
