Abstract: A bearingless brushless DC motor is a new type of high performance motor, which integrates the function of magnetic bearings into a brushless DC motor. In this paper, the suspension force control system is improved and optimization designed according to the radial suspension force mathematical model. The bearingless brushless DC motor control system model is established with the aid of Matlab/Simulink software. From the simulation results, it is confirmed that the rotor shaft is stably suspended without the mechanical contacts. The proposed suspension control system is found suitable to realize the stable suspension of the rotor in the bearingless brushless DC motor.

Abstract: Flow cytometry is a examination method which can analyse and sort unicellular or biological particles . For the requirement of the width and the flowage of sample flow in the laser detection area , this paper designs a sheath flow system of flow cytometry through solidworks software based on the theory of hydrodynamic focusing. Simulating and calculating this model through solidworks flow simulation software, the simulated results meet fully the actual experiment for unicellular and biological particles. The simulated results can verify the correctness of the sheath flow system, and it has certain theoretical significance for actual design of sheath system about flow cytometry.

Abstract: The flow signal is one of the main parameters of hydraulic system monitoring. Since the majority of fault features can be shown by dynamic traffic signal, The study of dynamic traffic signal has very important significance on the evaluation of the performance of hydraulic element and characteristics of the hydraulic system. In this paper, the flow meter dynamic signal was simulated by the self-designed test-bed called multi-functional gear flow meter speed detection test-bed. The experiment indicates that the using PLC control of inverter and motor can realize high frequency dynamic oscillating of gear, oscillation frequency can reach 2Hz above. If the accuracy is met with, flow meter dynamic characteristic can reach 10Hz through the test-bed simulation, which provides the basis of theory and experiment for the real-time dynamic flow characteristics test.

Abstract: A method of simulating the shape of Rapid Prototyping (RP) part is proposed to evaluate the data processing quality in RP. A series of section contours of the CAD model are obtained firstly; and then the section boundary curves are compensated to satisfy the part’s application purpose; finally, the simulated model of RP part is achieved by extruding the sections with the corresponding layer thickness. The results indicate that the method can denote the RP part’s shape and size tolerance caused by manufacturing data, and that RP part with mixed tolerance fabricated by adaptive slicing has better shape and size precision.

Abstract: Based on the basic knowledge of reconfigurable manufacturing system and axiomatic design, this paper designed the reconfigurable manufacturing system through two axioms (independence axiom and information axiom) of axiomatic design. In the application of independence axiom, the general goal was decomposed into four levels and each decomposition was accomplished by four steps with their respective design equations. And then the corresponding functional structure table in summary is listed. While in the application of information axiom, the information content of system was calculated under the circumstances of uncoupled design and quasi-coupled design. Finally, the problems and their corresponding solutions of the two axioms of axiomatic design were put forward.

Abstract: Aiming to the problem of the traditional relay control system, such as high failure rate, low precision control, complex installation, slow system response, etc ,which caused by the extensive uses of intermediate relay, time relay, counter and other devices in the system, this paper provides a design of an automatic control system which integrates automatic positioning, automatic feeding, automatic cleaning equipment based on siemens S7-300 PLC instead of the traditional relay control system and carry out simulation analysis by PLCSIM software, compared with the material transport car model motion excellent to verify the rationality of the control system design.

Abstract: A six-component force sensor used in suspension K&C testrig is designed in this paper. Such suspension K & C testrig six-component force sensor can realize six-component force from the principle, avoiding the complex software decoupling. The direct output of six-component force sensor are also taken into account in practice ‘partial pressure’ problem, so it has more extensive practical application significance.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a new method for removing shadows from images. Different from traditional methods that explore pixel or edge information, we employ a shadow saliency region based approach. We combine the region saliency with the clustering algorithm to get shadow region with the entropy rate in an unsupervised manner. The shadow free image is recovered by relighting each pixel based on our lighting model, and any visible shadow boundaries in the image can be eliminated by the Bayesian framework. We show that our method is fast and can generate satisfactory results for images with shadows.

Abstract: This paper introduced the development of marine on-shore power supply system in China and abroad, and described the different control strategy of shore power based on uninterruptable power on-shore connection, as well as instance of variable frequency power supply between the port and ship for controlling harmonicdistortion, based on the Matlab simulation software to establish the simulation model of active power filter system,so as to provide the guarantee for achieving reliable paralleling between shore power and marine electrical system with effective harmonic elimination.
