Research on the Formation of Port Logistics Alliance

Abstract:

The development of China's logistics market and the status of port logistics park's construction shows that port logistics alliance has become a trend. In this paper, a number of problems on alliance formation were analyzed and summarized to establish a set of formation procedures. Especially for the lack of current research on the structure of organization and management, present a distributed topology structure constituted by the core layer and outer layer, and design a dynamic existing task departments which has highly flexibility and rapid response capability . All of these provide a useful perspective for the efficient operation of port logistics enterprise alliance, which has important theoretical significance and practical application.
