Abstract: Gas disaster and prevention is the critical issue in heading laneways of underground coal mine. There are two goals needs to meet, one is air quantity requirement and energy conservation during normal ventilation, the other is safety and quickly during gas outburst. Firstly, gas migration character and auxiliary ventilation system placements are described in detail. Since two control goals need to reach, a dual-mode fuzzy control strategy for auxiliary ventilation is established. Besides weight calculation method which harmonizes subjective and objective weight calculation is put forward. After then, a gas discharging experiment platform including PLC controller, converter and heading laneway simulation model is established on the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation results. Finally, experimental results have shown that the system can safely and efficiently fulfill the function both at normal ventilation and gas discharging.

Abstract: In order to realize chaos generation in running process of three-phase AC induction motor, exact linearization via time-delayed state variable feedback is used in this paper. By discussing the condition of exact linearization of induction motor using differential geometry, the induction motor system realizes chaos generation. Running mode changes from steady state to periodic or even chaos motion. Designing the chaos generation controller; getting the chaos generation when induction motor running with this controller. The simulation results show that the time-delayed state variable feedback method which using differential geometry theory design chaos generation on induction motor model is feasible and the control result is satisfied.

Abstract: By the analysis of the operational principle of electricity powered four-wheel steering system, a new system based on the fuzzy neural network. Since this is a complex multivariate and non-linear system, by making use of the characteristics of fuzzy control and the neural network, a fuzzy neural network can be established. The speed of car and front-wheel steering angle being the input and steering model being the output, the side-slip angle of the in the process of steering can be control to zero. At last, by emulating this system with the software Matlab/Simulink, it shows that self-healing control technology can effectively control the side-slip angle and improve the motility and stability of a car.

Abstract: BA System (Building Automation System) is an important intelligentized subsystem of Intelligent Building, also known as the groundwork of intelligent integration. It is the integration of multi-subsystems, which aims at automatic device management, efficiently saves energy and reduces use-cost. What is outstanding out of all effort for saving energy in modere Intelligent Building are both supervision and control of air-conditioner system. Now BA System comprises the basic components, here they are: central station, sub-station, spot meters, Control Network.According to survey, there are few stable BA System for long, without regard to amount of those existence. It results directly in massive equipments and related investment suspended. The thing is gone for little. The thesis illuminates functions and components of BA System thoroughly, gives further details of key technique---Control Network and System Integration, and predicts trend of this system. Based on the analysis mentioned along whith my experence, the procedure, principles and key point of BA System design and device choice are given; further more, embodies methods through illustrating real project for better utilization of BA System. In the end a conclusion and forecast of BA System are put forward.

Abstract: Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) is a critical active safety technology for automobiles. In this paper, continuous system and discrete system in ABS model are simulated, in which system simulation method based on finite-state machine is adopted, and Simulink is used for modeling. Result of simulation suggests that this simulation system can reflect the actual working process of ABSon automobiles, shorten braking distance obviously and improve safety.

Abstract: According to the welding technology of the battery packs in new energy automobile, this paper adopts PC and motion control card as the hardware of the automatic welding machine control system and the software is designed based on the idea of both the hierarchical design and the modular design. The automatic operation of code G and code M of the numerical control system has been realized. Combining the coarse positioning with the fine positioning effectively solves the problems between efficiency and accuracy in position, which greatly promotes the stability of the system.It has excellent control functions and good performance.

Abstract: With the social development and the continuous progress of science and technology, the mobile robots can greatly improve efficiency, reduce costs, many of these applications can be attributed to the backward path tracking control problem. A controller for backward path tracking of mobile robot with two trailers is addressed in this paper. The paper presents a new approach to stabilizing the system in backward motion by controlling the orientation angles of the two trailers. Nonlinear smooth control laws for orientations of the trailers with asymptotic stability in backward motion are then proposed. The result simulated in Simulink illustrates the effectiveness of the control law and the controller.

Abstract: The manufacture of fire robot has characteristics such as different types and piece production, and flexible manufacture and cost control of the fire robot must be considered due to these characteristics. In this paper, the similarity of fire robot’s working environment was analyzed, The demand of chassis’s adaptability and the method using general technical platform were discussed with the thinking of modular design, and new series fire robots which composed of the general platform and different function modules were proposed, and the manufacture cost of traditional design method and modular design method were compared in using the activity-based costing method, and under the new design method the manufacture cost were decreased extremely.

Abstract: The article combines with existing industrial electric detonator production processes with in-depth analysis to the key issues of constrain ting the development of industrial electric detonator assembly automation. Then we put forward a new type of industrial electric detonator assembly production line based on man-machine isolation, comparing the new production mode with traditional mode of production and analyzing the advantages and feasibility, and then we carry on an experiment about a prototype produced according to the above processes so that we can verify the analytical results. The results show that this scheme can achieve human isolation and industrialization continuous operation requirements.

Abstract: In order to achieve the autonomous flight control of the quadrotor, an autonomous flight control hardware platform was set up, with a self-assembly aircraft as the body frame. The control system was designed according to the principle of quadrotor. It includes the hardware and code. A flight control model for the four rotor aircraft was established, so as to analyze and optimize the performance. Flight test was down. And the results showed that the quadrotor was able to flight stably and be well controlled.
