Abstract: In this paper, we firstly analyze the performance of PID controller for pressure of gas tank. Based on the model with the variable of gas mass, we present quantitative relations between PID parameters and convergence rate, overshoot of pressure error. In the following, we further give the principles of parameter tuning for PID controller. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed results.

Abstract: The suspension of fire robot, one of necessary components, directly impacts the environmental adaptability, and the strength of suspension has great importance to the life of robot. In the paper, the structure and the stress condition of the suspension was analyzed. The force condition of suspension is simplified as a 2-D diagram, the load acting on the elbow were simplified in two direction, A finite element model, which simulated the impact load and optimized the design of suspension, was established, and the result of the simulation shows the suspension structure is reasonable and the strength of the component is enough.

Abstract: The cruise control system has the highly nonlinear and time-varying uncertainty, and it will also influenced by the outside disturbance and complex operating conditions, and it is difficult to obtain a satisfied effect by using traditional PID control. In this paper, the auto cruise control system is designed based on fuzzy PI and fuzzy PD control algorithm, and the simulated effect is also provided.

Abstract: In the manufacturing process of precision machine tool, the precision of the machine tool can not simply rely on parts design tolerance to achieve, and also need choose parts assemble for different tolerance values to ensure the accuracy of machine tools. Machine tool assembling deviation accumulation model is established by using the homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix, the quality loss function of taguchi methods apply to mechanical products matching activities. Considering the processing deviation of parts, the quality loss function of assembly cumulative deviation as an effective indicator for measure machine tool accuracy, the assembly precision of machine tools are ensured by optimize matching different geometric deviation parts. An example is given to testify the validity of this method.

Abstract: As the increasing equipment of high power and motor load put into coal mine enterprise, the quality of power supply is decreasing, such as low power factor and large voltage fluctuation, etc. After analyzing the theory and algorithm of reactive power compensation in details, studying a system based on STM32 thyristor switched capacitor (TSC) reactive power compensation control system, which includes compensation, control algorithms of nine zone diagram, controller hardware design and software design. The experimental results show that, this TSC system can realize a faster and more accurate measurement and switching, which have an obvious effect of compensation, and a safe and efficient automatic operation of the system.

Abstract: The algorithm has been improved to the adaptive genetic operators and flow based on the basic theory of simple genetic algorithm and adopted elitism strategy to select the best individual for iterative operation. The improved genetic algorithm not only ensured better global search performance, but also improved the convergent speed. The optimal solution was obtained and simulated by the improved genetic algorithms under the kinematical constraints.

Abstract: The automatic spraying equipment for tubular parts is used for spraying the tubular parts, especially the ones with the lengths from 1 meter to 15 meters and the diameters from 3 millimeters to 20 millimeters. The whole equipment includes frame, drive unit, fixture, anti-bending device, spray gun, protective cover and so on. During the spraying process, the tubular part will rotate and move forward, to make it get uniform surface coating. The equipment is installed with the anti-bending device, to prevent the tubular part from bending and shaking. The spraying process is controlled by the control system, which makes the automatic spraying come true.

Abstract: The intelligent traffic light control is the core problem in the intelligent traffic research field, in order to solve this problem, the intelligent traffic light control system is proposed based on multi CPU. In a multi processor system, aiming at the intelligent traffic light, the reasonable control is taken. In the intelligent traffic light control system, the related principles of multi processor system design and shared memory are elaborated in detail. The BP neural network self-tuning PID control algorithm is applied in the traffic lights control process, reasonable control of traffic lights is obtained. The experiment results show that the principle is applied in the intelligent traffic light control system, it can greatly improve the control accuracy, so it can meet the actual demand of intelligent traffic management.

Abstract: This paper presents a range of two miniature spacecraft attitude Fuzzy Neural Network Sliding adaptive controller, using a weighting factor to combine indirect and direct fuzzy neural network controller fuzzy neural network controller. Interval two free parameters of fuzzy neural network adaptive sliding mode controller via output feedback control law and adaptive law be adjusted online. Simulation results show that after joining 10db Gaussian white noise, and in order to reduce the impact of external interference and noise training data, a controller with respect to the range of large amount of control type II generated by the controller. Overall adaptive scheme guarantees the global stability of the closed-loop system, all signals involved are bounded in some way, and also showed a high level of tracking performance.

Abstract: For the chaotic systems with sampled data input, the discontinuous nonlinear system is transformed into a discrete system, and the switched system is proposed considering the control inputs missing. By using the zero input method, a sufficient condition is derived for the exponential stability of the error system. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed sampled-data control method.
