Study on Control Strategy for Electric Starting up of Pure Electric Vehicle

Abstract:

In order to ensure that pure electric vehicle can start up quickly and pleasantly, this article proposes a control strategy for electric starting up of pure electric vehicle. Electric starting up strategy use PID controller to adjust the torque, so the vehicle can start up quickly, and finally reach a low speed. This article completed the offline simulation under MATLAB/Simulink, and simulation results showed that the control strategy not only can reach a low speed quickly after starting up, but also ensures driver feeling well.
