Abstract: ATV, also known as the all terrain vehicle, and its vibration comfort has become one of the most important service performance. The frame is the skeleton of ATV, the vibration characteristic analysis of the frame elastic hanging engine, has great effect on vehicle safety and vibration comfort. It is using the computer simulation method for dynamic characteristic research of ATV frame with engine, and the experimental modal analysis is competed in this paper. By comparison to the computational modal and experimental modal results of ATV body, it is found the error within 10%, so the finite element model of car body is effective. Then, it’s found that the ATV body’s resonance is caused by vibration frequency synchronization of the excitation of the engine and ATV body, it provides a direction and method for the improvement of the ATV’s whole ride comfort.

Abstract: This paper adapts finite element analysis of dynamic structure to analysis airfoil based on the phenomenon that torsion coupling may happen to airfoil during flying,, which verifies flutter mechanism of swing under subsonic and transonic condition. Modal frequency error can be changed into stiffness error by error analysis. The errors of bending and torsion frequency are verified by adjusting stiffness and mass distribution. Meanwhile the concept of modal strain energy is introduced to character and identify different positions and structures of damages.

Abstract: The dissolution mechanism of air and formation mechanism of bubble in the scopic-scale,and the change rule of the velocity and pressure of bubble in the rising process,made the theoretical analysis and explanation. Be based on VOF model,with the help of Fluent software,For the single bubble rising in the water by numerical simulation;The results show that liquid phase flow state is a key factor affecting the speed of the bubbles rise;Pressure difference is the main reason cause the jets and bubbles deformation.Through the above process in the rising process of the bubble velocity and pressure changes, and a detailed analysis of inquiry, the pressure and velocity of the bubble rising process show up more realistic.

Abstract: Establish the finite element calculation (solid-liquid coupling) model of uranium ion exchanging tower with ANSYS. Time-procedure analyze the pillar of uranium ion exchanging tower with seismic waves. The wave form is EI Centro seismic with M=8.0, and the time interval is 0.02 seconds, lasts 30s.It is suitable for Class 1 site soil. Simulate the stress of two important welding position of uranium ion exchanging tower under the effect of the seismic wave. Compare the simulating results with the calculating results of Anti-seismic for Petrochemical Equipment to show that model simulating is similar to that of manual. Simulating analysis has proved that the maximum stress of two welding positions of the uranium ion exchanging tower is under the ultimate strength of tower welding, so the application of uranium ion exchanging tower in seismic zone meets the requirement of anti-seismic property. And this research provides the information of main risk positions for future entity analysis.

Abstract: In the test of higher fatigue load applying to big dimension of carbon fiber plate, the shortage of just right dimension sample block, at the same time, inconvenience applying uniform load, concentrated equvalent on smaller sample block according to FEA simulation caculate is needed. How to exactly equal is the key to the problem.

Abstract: The working profile of the roller gear indexing cam is sophisticated space curved surface. It is difficult to get the 3D model with conventional cartography. In this paper, a parameter molding method of the roller gear indexing cam based on VB and UG is provided. A system is compiled.The Simulation and Kinematics Analysis of the roller gear indexing cam mechanism can be done after the parameters are completely set. It hopes that the flaw and other problem in design can be found though this simulation and kinematics analysis, which is facilitate the designer to improve the design in time.

Abstract: In this paper, through the finite element analysis software ANSYS, analysis and research on the part drawing of the diesel engine connecting rod. Using pro/e modeling, introduce it into the finite element analysis software ANSYS for the finite element static analysis of the state of load on the connecting rod. Setting correct model, partitioning appropriate mesh, and setting a reasonable process solution, it can generate visual stress nephogram to facilitate access to important data and intuitive understanding. There is a certain reference value to guide the practical production and shorten the production cycle of the product.

Abstract: When remanufacturing complex surface parts, such as twisted blade, it is difficult to obtain an accurate model. An iterative Genetic-algorithm-based-surface reconstruction method for repair of twisted blade is presented. Genetic algorithm is applied in parametrizing data points and computing knot vectors. Then, the control points of the fitting B-spline surface are calculated by least-squares approximation through either SVD or LU methods. It shows that the accuracy of the method is improved significantly when three different twisted blades surfaces are verified by using the method.

Abstract: Euler equation of column stability can be expressed by the finite differential form. According to the real requirements of column stability, coefficient matrices the differential equations are solved by the matrices calculation method. Then, the critical stress of column stability of constant section of the simply supported beams is obtained. The results are compared with the analytical results. The error analysis is also presented, which includes the error reasons and measures for diminishing the error. The proposed method has positive meaning for the variable section beams.
