Abstract: Hybrid power bus is composed of the ISG driving system and diesel engine. The ISG driving system is integrated the generator and starter. In the rule of matching the ISG motor and diesel engine, the way to simulate ISG drive system efficiency was put out. Using this method, the working process of hybrid drive system which is made by permanent magnet synchronous motor and YC6105 diesel engine has been simulated. The ISG drive system efficiency in different input voltages was analyzed, the result shows that in the rated speed ISG drive system is in high efficiency, when the speed is higher than rated speed the efficiency of drive system is decline. However, the efficiency is still in the higher range. The maximum power and torque of the ISG increase when input voltage is rising in the same speed. The ISG driving system efficiency is the same trend in different input voltage. According to bus city running condition, the torque and maximum speed of ISG drive motor can be satisfy to the requirements of city bus.

Abstract: The paper mainly introduced the working process of automatic feeding system for quartz crystal laser marking, elaborated the human-computer interaction and control software design and implementation. System used double CPU system to control the mechanical parts movement and to send the laser marking control signal, and to conduct the man-machine dialogue. At first, the system realized the main function such as structured programming, reasonable allocation of system resources, and the software anti-interference design. Eventually system realized the automatic feeding and laser marking of quartz crystal, and was favorable to the effective management of the equipment operation personnel, and to meet the requirements of the user.

Abstract: To obtain rational environment adaptability design solution of wind turbine, a fuzzy environment adaptability design method of wind turbine based on core design platform is promoted. Firstly, the core design platform is built based on main structure of wind turbine irrelevant with environment factors. Secondly, the 1:n mapping relationship between environment factor set and environment adaptability technology set is created. Thirdly, the fuzzy relationships between environment adaptability technologies and environment factors are researched, and the relationships include dependency and contradiction. Finally, the quality function deployment (QFD) technology is used to obtain rational environment adaptability design solutions of wind turbine in the known condition of complicated environment factors. The feasibility and availability of the method above mentioned are validated by an example.

Abstract: Pro/E was developed by the American company PTC CAD / CAM software, it is a new generation product modeling system with features as parametric design, three-dimensional solid model, feature-driven and single database. Pro/E software uses object-oriented unified database and parametric modeling technology, which has conceptual design, basic design and detailed design features,and provides excellent platforms for integrated manufacturing molds.Take Mug for example, the process of product modelling and mold design used by Pro/E software was introduced. The mold design cycle , the parting surface, the mold die space and the core was focused. The high efficiency characteristic of plastic mold design used by Pro/E was elaborated.

Abstract: A dynamic model in singular perturbation form is established for the deformation and vibration of rigid-flexible coupling mechanical system due to the drive force, inertia force and gravity. This model is divided into slow subsystem and fast subsystem. A PD controller is designed for slow subsystem while optimal controller for fast subsystem and a composite controller is developed based on this. The validity of the composite controller is verified through MATLAB simulation with a flexible scissor-like deployable mechanism as an example. The results can be used in control of CNC machine, robot, spatial mechanism etc.

Abstract: With the complexity of system design growing, the high quality software design are needed. In this paper, the design procedures based Model-Based Design of line-of-sight control system using MATLAB/Simulink blockset and code generator tools for TMS320F2812 DSP is presented. This approach complete the control algorithm simulation and system architecture design using Simulink model, generates the executive code for DSP target with Real-time workshop and embedded coder. The effectiveness of this procedure from the analysis stage to real system implementation is experimentally verified.

Abstract: In order to improve the driving range of two-speed pure electric vehicle (EV), within the constraint of EV power performance, and the optimization objective is the minimum vehicle energy consumption under the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) drive cycle, transmission ratios of an EV were optimized by using genetic algorithm (GA) under the economy shift schedule. The driving range and the power performance before and after transmission ratio optimization were analyzed. Simulation results show that the proposed optimization algorithm is effective, and the driving range improves by 1.73% and the acceleration time increases by 0.006s after optimization, but still meets the requirements of vehicle power performances.

Abstract: When doubly fed wind power generation system transmits power to power grid through the series compensation, once the external disturbances is close to the natural sonant frequency, there is a trouble of synchronous oscillation between the rotor side and the series capacitor. The paper analyzes the condition of resonance and its mechanism. According the actual argument provide by north china wind power plant, we use PSCAD to build a 1.25MW doubly fed wind power generation model to analyze the synchronous oscillation. We adopt time-domain simulation method to analyze that as the change of series compensation degree the system subsynchronous resonance frequency changes as well as the influence to doubly fed fan current and power. The simulation result is basically the same as the fault wave record monitoring data result of actual site when wind power plant take off the network .Consequently to verify the validity of the simulation platform. To verify the improvement of the converter control strategy to build simulation platform.

Abstract: It’s difficult to describe the 3d geometry and to establish the 3d model of tower equipment in OpenGL. High-level command functions to define complex three-dimensional modeling is not provided in OpenGL. This paper introduces 3d model of the tower equipment how to display dynamically in OpenGL. Interface of OpenGL import 3d model is description in detailed. Storaging format and reading file of STL (Stereo Lithography) are elaborated. How to build the 3d model is descripted. When tower equipment displayed dynamically, what is the key step to establish the model of tower equipment. The dynamic model of the whole tower equipment is displayed, in order to see clearly the structure of tower equipment.
