Abstract: Based on the established occasions, and by means of eM-plant simulation software, this paper carries out operation pattern simulation research of e-business distribution center based on intelligent robot. It mainly researches the general layout design, store planning, setting up of simulation model and running results analysis of E-business distribution center, and compared with traditional electricity distribution center operation mode, in order to highlight the advantage and development prospect of the model.

Abstract: As an important part of enterprise management, evaluation of employees’ performances is focused by more and more enterprise administrators. This paper briefly analyzes the reasons for failure evaluation of employees’ performances and provides some measures for improvement, including cultivating employees’ consciousness of treating performance evaluation in a correct way, paying attention to rationality of performance evaluation indicators, enhancing communications on performances, selecting performance evaluation subjects in a scientific way, strengthening trainings on performance evaluation for evaluators, comprehensively utilizing results of performance evaluation, doing work analysis well, classifying duties of posts, using proper methods of evaluation, establishing complaint mechanism for the evaluations, etc.

Abstract: This paper points out that the strategy-oriented management process system of local Party and government leaders’ environmental–protection performances is composed of six parts, i.e., the design of local government strategies, de-composition of strategic targets, development of the plans for local Party and government leaders’ environmental–protection performances, environmental performances tutorship and implementation, performance evaluation and the application of the evaluation results; analyzes the dynamic circular relations between the four vital links of the strategy-oriented management process system of local Party and government leaders’ environmental–protection performances; compares the differences between the strategy-oriented performance management process sys-tem and the traditional performance management process system. The conclusion obtained in this paper is of certain directive significance to building the management process system of local Party and government leaders’ environmental performances.

Abstract: As Ceramics Capital of China, Jingdezhen had very serious air pollution in the past. In recent ten years, through strengthened management and other means, the total discharge of pollutants has been reduced significantly. The article briefly describes the current situation of Jingdezhen City’s emission reduction work, analyzes its challenges in emission reduction and gives several suggestions for improving Jingdezhen City’s emission reduction work, for example, Jingdezhen City shall vigorously promote clean production, reduce production pollution intensity, resolutely eliminate backward technology and capacity, control pollution emissions of new-built projects, realize supervision and control, strengthen leadership, optimize industrial structure, enhance structural emission reduction and so on.

Abstract: The forward green supply chain consisting of the manufacturer and retailer is as the background. The Game Theory is used,and two kinds of green supply chain game models are set up: the Centralized decision-making model, and the Manufacturer-leading Stackelberg game model.Then we carry out numerical simulation.We find that (1)With the increase of green level of green products, the market price of green product is increasing, the profit the manufacturer and the retailer are also increasing;(2)The manufacturer and the retailer will benefit from that consumers have strong environment consciousness.So we suggest the manufacturer and the retailer should cooperate to produce higher green level of products.

It is widely used because of its characteristics for clear results and strong system, and it can solve the problem of fuzzy and difficult to quantify. This paper using an automobile enterprise as an example introduces the application of fuzzy safety evaluation method.

Abstract: Through analyzing Dabaoliang geological characteristics, this paper discussed the factors of the mechanism of landslide in Dabaoliang area and simulated its evolutionary process. The paper could get some conclusions, and the factors of landslide are as follow: the stability of the slope which mainly composed by clastic rock not only depended on the performance of the mudstone layer but also the skid resistance of the sliding surface and the shape of slope. Under the influence of regional structure, the joint fissures which developed along the boundary of the landslide will connect the crack and benefit the permeation of the surface water. The heavy rain is one of the main factors caused the slope unstable and sliding. Provide effective prevention and control for prevention and control of projects.

Abstract: With IOT technology developing and the cost reducing, Its application in supply chain is a matter of time. Smart logistic system is one of the IOT technology application in supply chain which solve difficult problems, such as acquisition underlying data, information transfer and so on. we need to achieve higher level application and solve more complex problems such as improving inventory management accuracy, reducing supply chain management cost, improving accuracy of supply and demand prediction, supply chain's rapidly react ability,these need to use complex event processing technology. It will introduce how to apply complex event processing technology to supply chain system based on IOT. By this way we can sort out valuable information by processing a large number of simple event.
