Abstract: This paper is concerned with the problem of hybrid control for a class of Markovian neutral systems with distributed delays. By using Lyapunov stability and free-weighting matrix methods, a novel delay-dependent stabilization condition for the Markovian neutral systems with distributed delays is constructed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). When these linear matrix inequalitise are feasible, combining state feedback control with integral control, an explicit expression of the desired hybrid controller is designed. The given hybrid controller, based on the obtained criterion, guarantees the resulting closed-loop system asymptotically stable in the mean square sense for all parameter uncertainties and time delays.

Abstract: NoC is a expand for SoC.The architecture of NoC is huge and complex,it leads to the crosstalk fault between internal transmission of NoC increasingly serious. Crosstalk serious impact on the signal integrity of on-chip system.A new test codes generator was designed by PSpice simulation software based on improved HT model. The generator was composed of a 16-bit counter and a 16-bit data selector.The generator was tested by PSpice software,the result showed that it satisfied the test requirements and had the advantage of portable. A crossstalk test method was proposed in this paper,we used this method on a test circuit,the result showed that the method could reduce the number of tests and save resource effectively.

Abstract: A Instantaneous availability modelling method for repair system was introduced. The empirical modeling method was used to the reliability function, and the life distribution selection method was proposed. Then, under the assumption that the maintainability was decreasing with the calendar time, the Fourier function was chosen for the basic fitting functions. Under the original definition of availability for the system, the availability modeling method was proposed. Finally, a case example for the method was given, and the result showed that the method was convenient for availability evaluation.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the kinds of freeway traffic incident and influences on traffic flow of recurring traffic incident and non-recurring traffic incident. It is full of interest and very useful. By using the traffic simulation software TSIS(Traffic Software Integration Systems) to obtain correlation traffic data which is needed when researching, then study and analyzes how to choose traffic parameters which are mainly traffic low speed, occupancy and lane occupancy of traffic incident detection. After analyzing the simulation data, we can find that it is more reasonable that choosing the vehicle lane occupation rate as detection parameter of traffic incident.

Abstract: Risk assessment of debris flow is the core content and decision-making basis for debris flow disaster forecasting and the disaster prevention work. It is a comprehensive analysis for the geological, climate, rainfall, historical disaster activities and human engineering activities in some certain areas which may be in danger conditions, so as to determine the occurrence probability of debris flow. In this study, risk assessment model of the debris flow gully in Tibet southeast area is established. According to the correlation ratio of risk assessment indexes and the debris flow occurrence, the assessment indexes can be divided into three levels and defined with some certain values according to the correlation of debris flow occurrence. Finally, the risk assessment of debris flow gully in Tibet southeast area is conducted, and model outputs achieve a good result.

Abstract: This study focus on derivation of such vulnerability curves using Fiber Reinforced Polymers technologies retrofitted conventional RC industrial frames with masonry infill wall. A set of stochastic earthquake waves which compatible with the response spectrum of China seismic code are created. Dynamic time history analysis is used to compute the random sample of structures. Stochastic damage scatter diagrams based different seismic intensity index are obtained. Seismic vulnerability of FRP-reinforced RC industrial frames is lower than unreinforced frames obviously, and seismic capability of frames using FRP technologies is enhanced especially under major earthquake.

Abstract: Strong earthquake motion observations have gathered much useful data for the seismic-resistant design of civil engineering structures, and for developing earthquake prevention technology. The performance of Chinese strong motion network has been evaluated from recent earthquakes in Chinese Mainland. To follow the new requirement of the earthquake mitigation plan, some new practice of strong motion observations are described, including rapid urban ShakeMap, earthquake early warning system.

Abstract: The existing problems of large reservoir forecasting model In Liaoning Province are cumbersome and time-consuming, false report and not standard. This paper in view of the weak links, established a set of large reservoir flood forecasting and scheduling system of province administrated. Determining the research target, the function structure and business flow of the system were summarized. The key technology research was focused on the system platform construction, GIS, station control, model management, daily forecast, flood forecast and flood control etc. Research shows that: The system can provide fast, accurate forecasting and dispatching reference for 9 large reservoirs and realize the change from "distributed" forecast model to the "distributed and lumped coexist" forecast model.

Abstract: The premise of getting tailings safety risk monitoring data of timely "efficient" and accurate is to analyze the tailings security management mechanism and build a reasonable mine safety management system, And this problem can be solved by Big Data management. In this paper, study on the necessity of large data of tailings established、the advantage in solving the problem of tailings safety risk monitoring of big data、system construction、bring to potential problems of using Big Data to security management of tailings and workaround.

Abstract: Evaluating safety culture of coal mining enterprises can promote effectively their safety management. This paper introduces an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model specially designed for the safety culture evaluation of coal mining enterprises. Evaluation index system which is comprised of 4 first-layer indexes and 15 second-layer indexes is established based on ANP, and then the weights of indexes are calculated by Super Decisions software. The FCE model for safety culture of coal mining enterprises is built to assess accurately the safety culture of coal mining enterprise S based on the indexes system. The evaluation results indicate that the evaluative value of enterprises S is “71.979”, which stays in the “generally good” level. Thus, enterprises S should implement timely rectification measures to reach the “better” or “very good” level. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a practical and efficient way to assess safety culture of coal mining enterprises.
