Abstract: Tool wear can affect surface quality of the work-piece and frequent tool changing leads to low machining efficiency. Tool life of milling ultrahigh strength steel is thus an important indicator in manufacturing. In this study, we compare Diffuse Approximation (DA) and Kriging method for predicting tool life of milling ultrahigh strength steel. Latin hypercube method is employed as design of experiments after comparing three different designs of experiments (full factorial design, Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) and random design). An example with LHS is taken to investigate accuracy of approximation of DA and Kriging method. The results show that the DA provides significant improvement in accuracy of prediction compared with Kriging method. Tool life of milling ultrahigh strength steel predicted by DA is almost close to ‘exact’ values, especial for big mutation of adjacent measured values. The most errors with DA are less than ones with Kriging method.

Abstract: By exploring the acid yellow G to buck dyes dyeing was carried out on the fast-growing Yang path of material。Through orthogonal test to determine the optimum technology of dyeing;Test results are as follows。Dyed with acid dyes, test optimization process is dye mass fraction is 0.3%, dyeing time for 4 days, penetrating agent mass fraction is 0.05%, the dye solution pH value of 5.2.。

Abstract: This paper study about different effect of the corrosion of copper in different dosage of Jatropha curcas L seed meal extract in different PH,NaCl and different compound agent. Finally,matching the corrosion effect to the best concentration of the inhibitor with weight-loss method. With the change of Jatropha curcas seedcake extract dosage, the effect has no obvious changes in different PH. With the increase of Jatropha curcas seedcake extract dosage. The higher the concentration of extracting agent to extract effect is better in different NaCl. When Jatropha curcas seedcake extract respectively compounded with 2 kinds of reagent, it enhance the corrosion inhibition of copper .It is shown that best inhibition effect of Jatropha curcas L seed meal extract concentration is 10%, the corrosion rate is 96.38%. And Urotropine effect is not very good, but the corrosion rate can be increased from 25.46% to 75.43%.

Abstract: In order to describe the morphology of diamond films, we have developed a geometrical growth model which takes into account the displacement of the observed faces [1].We will see how to establish the topologies that are potentially accessible to CVD diamond growth.Lastly, we will present results showing the influence of the occurrence of certain crystalline faces on the film characteristics. From these results, we will show how the growth model and to establish a growth strategy aimed at obtaining large usable surface area crystals.

Abstract: Materials exhibit different characteristics in different levels. Apparent behavior and properties of the material are based on actual measurements and they were studied by the traditional theorems and theories. The article studied a new method for material analysis--analysis of mechanics of disturbed materials based on theory of duality disturbance. For material in the any deformed state,a given material element can be treated as mixed state included RND( RND: Relatively Non-Disturbed) and RCD (RCD: Relatively Complete Disturbed). "Duality" state is made of references state of RND and RCD.[1-3] The apparent behavior of disturbing engineering materials use appropriate perturbation function to describe which connect with "duality".

Abstract: Solar energy is an inexhaustible and renewable energy without environmental pollution. Solar energy can be used in three kinds of forms: solar thermal energy, photochemical conversion and photovoltaic power generation. Among these, the final form of photovoltaic power generation is electricity which can be transported, applied and stored conveniently. On the basis of photovoltaic effect, solar cell is developed as a new technology to convert light energy into electrical energy using semiconductor. Up to now the two key problems of the development of solar cells are how to improve the conversion efficiency and reduce cost. Therefore, the material and production technology used for solar cells are discussed based on improving conversion efficiency in this article.

Abstract: Methyl sulfonate tin plating bath is a kind of high production efficiency,good environmental performance and excellent performance of the new type of tin plating bath.Research by electrochemical technology analysis an influence on electrochemical performance of the tin plating bath by adding methyl sulfonate in bath.The results show that it significantly improve the polarization properties of the bath after adding additives and the deposition potential of tin ion. The result is that polarization properties of bath perform the best when additive A is added to25mL/L,That the throwing power of the bath is 98 % and the cover ing power is 100 %.

Abstract: With the improvement of living standards, air conditioning becomes the requisite of people’s life; the central air conditioning has become each big building of major appliances[1]. In the whole air conditioning cooling water treatment system, such as scale and sludge which is formed by the metal corrosion phenomenon, will seriously affect the use efficiency of air conditioning. One of the effective solution is adding scale inhibitor to the circulating water. Calcium carbonate deposition method is used to evaluate the scale inhibition rate of PASP, PESA and poly glutamic acid. then evaluate the scale inhibition rate of two compound formula. Results show that PESA with the best scale inhibitor performance, on the basis of its, respectively, compound with PASP and poly glutamic acid. The compound repice can improve the efficiency of scale inhibition. The optimized prescription is that, the PASP is 4mg/L, the PESA is 6mg/L, at this time of scale inhibition efficiency can reach 93.43%.
