Abstract: In order to improve the deficiency of environmental monitoring system in real-time, remote monitoring and other aspects, this paper designs an environmental monitoring system based on MCU and GSM network. It designs the struture diagram of the system and analyzes the procedure of data collection and transmission. This system achieves net control and long-distance control of the environmental monitoring.

Abstract: Water environment protection was one of the most important priorities in Taihu Basin, resulting in the importance of water environment evaluation. It was used to evaluate water quality of Taihu Basin by three methods of single factor index, comprehensive identification index and improved comprehensive identification index, including dissolved oxygen (DO), permanganate index (CODMn) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), which distributed in six typical water quality monitoring sections. Results show that the main pollutant is NH3-N in Taihu Basin, especially Qingpu and Jiaxing, which indicate the main managements are to reduce the eutrophication and blue algae blooming. Comparison of these evaluations, the results of improved comprehensive identification index are reliable to the true condition of water environment.

Abstract: This paper establishes an integrated platform by coupling SWAT model and RegCM3 model which is used in the lancing-Mekong river. Based on the integrated platform, the author quantitatively studies the impact of the climate change and reservoir operation on the runoff of lower reaches of the Lancing-Mekong river in different scenarios. The results show that: In the next twenty years, both of climate change and reservoir operation will lead to a drop of the runoff. Of all the factors of Lancang-Mekong river runoff decrease, reservoir operation contributes to 12% and climate change 88%, so the major cause of the change of the runoff is climate change. In the impact factors of climate change, the contribution rate of temperature change accounts for 81% and precipitation change 19%. The author thinks that the most important influence factor of the lower reaches of the Lancang-Mekong river runoff is temperature change.

Abstract: According to the current water construction features and requirements, 11 indexes on three aspects which involve in water environment protection, the flood management and disaster mitigation and effective utilization of water resources are selected to establish a set of objective and scientific evaluation index system of local water conservancy development. Based on its hierarchy characteristics, a fuzzy clustering iterative model is established to determine the index weights. Finally, the model is used to evaluate water conservancy development situation in 14 cities of Liaoning province. The rank scoring of water development of each city in Liaoning province is analyzed, and the key factor is found.

Abstract: Global warming is one of the key fields of global change ecology.The sources and sinks of the Greenhouse Gases (GHGes) in the atmosphere:which result in climate warming have been widely investigated around the world in the last 1 0 years.In this paper, sources and sinks of main GHGes in the atmosphere(CO2,CH4,N20)were reviewed.It is believed that the emission/uptake flux of the 3 GHGes between the atmosphere and various ecosystems were not precisely quauntified yet and there are some uncertainties with aspect to the:kind of source and sink.By analyzing related literature, the trends of international:research on the source and sink of the main GHGes were summarized as follows:more and more advanced instruments have been used in the research,more an d more regions have been investigated,more and more concerns have been on the response of emission/uptake flux of the 3 GHGes to the global change an d integrated research comprising ecology ,soil biology, meteorology, microbiology, atmospheric physics,etc.In our country, the research on source and sink of the 3 GHGes were developed since 1 980s.Compared with advanced countries,our related researches were conducted in fewer sites with less frequency and were less systematic. the rapid development so far involved CH4 emission from rice paddies, wetlands, CH4 and N2O emissions from the study of loess - paleosol sequence composition characteristics of greenhouse gases, and forest, agriculture, Soil CO2 emission and absorption of research in the field.

Abstract: In this study, based on the water function zoning and the related analyses on the current situations and tendency of the pollutions on water environments in Sichuan province, concluded that the primary cause responsible for the deterioration of water resources is the discharge of agriculture wastewater, and the strengthening of agricultural production management as well as the reduction of the agricultural wastewater discharge are the key points to alleviate the water-quality deterioration.

Abstract: Considering the complexity and randomness of the karst groundwater systems, a multiple linear regression model was developed for groundwater-level prediction based on the R language. The Jinci Spring basin was taken as a case study. Results show that the established model can predict the dynamics of the karst groundwater levels with high accuracy at an annual time scale, which can be served for macroscopic groundwater management.

Abstract: Organic fertilizer is an important material to improve soil physical and chemical properties , to improve soil fertility , crop yield and quality and enhancing crop resistance has a very important role . In recent years, the proportion of organic fertilizer for the Chinese fertilizer gradually decreased reality introduces the connotation and type of organic fertilizer , discusses the following issues: (1) organic fertilizer on soil fertility , including soil nutrients ( nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, trace elements) , soil organic matter and structure , soil enzyme activity ; (2) the role of organic fertilizer to improve crop yield, quality and disease resistance . At the same time , pointed out the remaining organic fertilizer application in question , and the future development were discussed .

Abstract: The present study aimed to determine the effects of polysaccharides from Gynostemma Pentaphyllum (PGP) supplementation on exhaustive exercise-induced fatigue in mice. The mice were divided into four experimental groups at random, i.e. control, low-dose PGP, medium-dose PGP, and high-dose PGP treatment groups. An oral administration of distilled water was given to the mice in the control group, and different doses of PGP (100, 200 and 400 mg/kg body weight/day) were given to the mice in the treatment groups. After 28 days, the weight-loaded swimming test was performed, along with the determination of blood biochemical parameters, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen contents. The results indicated that PGP supplementation had anti-fatigue effects, which could make mice swim for a longer time to exhaustion, with the blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen, serum triglycerides, and serum creatine kinase contents decreased, and the liver glycogen and muscle glycogen contents increased.

Abstract: Microbiological corrosion to the aircraft fuel system caused by microbial growth and reproduction in aviation fuel may also lead a serious safety risk to aircraft. Categories of microorganism in aircraft fuel tanks,reasons and protection methods of microbial corrosion were summarized and the research of microbiologically influenced corrosion protection which connected with quaternary ammonium germicides was prospected in this paper.
