Abstract: RCC circuit (self-oscillating flyback converter) is a kind of high efficient working circuit by use of several devices, but excessive control current will cause the occur of intermittent oscillation. And then the oscillation frequency of the circuit change in a large scope (from hundreds of hertz to several thousand hertz). In addition, the output power is more likely to make the transformer device to produce abnormal noise. However, this phenomenon is not completely useless. After improving the RCC circuit can be conclude that the circuit can start in applying a pulse signal if the output power is small. The switch circuit operates in low-power state by means of intermittent oscillation. The result is that RCC circuit have high performance price ratio and low cost, so it is a widely used in high performance power supply equipment.

Abstract: This paper introduces the definition and composition of vehicle collision avoidance system; describes function requirements of the vehicle anti-collision system; researched and developed the related source code using LabVIEW virtual instrumental technology; solved the NI data acquisition card and anti-collision system matching problem, and completed master control program designs of the automobile anti-collision alarm system. By using a sensor device, the system can measure the car's overall performance at any time.

Abstract: In this paper, the method of coordinate transformation is used to derive the pose transformation matrix of lift platform. By using pose transformation matrix, the relational expression between rising distance and platform slope angle can be calculated. And through calculation, the elimination of virtual leg is implemented by writing corresponding control program.

Abstract: The magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow control techniques for inlet based on “AJAX” vehicle concept have attracted many researchers’ attention for its potential wide applications in the supersonic flights or the hypersonic ones. In this paper, a preliminary discussion for basic problems that are ionization and magnetic field in the MHD applications is presented. And three major MHD techniques for enhancing inlet aerodynamic performance and operability, which are large scale flow control for enlarging flight scope in Mach/angle-of-attack, near surface flow control for shock wave/boundary layer interaction and leading edge heating-transfer control for enormous thermal load on leading edge of the compression ramp, are briefly explained and reviewed.

Abstract: With the research and development of a university in hydraulic dynamometer test, we designed a lower machine based on PLC, and giving the power distribution cabinet, electrical and mechanical control system combined with King View software, SIEMENS WINCC software. This study has hand and automatic operation, sensor measuring tank pressure, the measured current measurement power motor, the measurement results sent to our remote devices by Profibus-dp, such as the design of computer use (PC) and remote operation apparatus (Chu Moping). Due to frequency converter is circular soft starting control structure, the motor has no impact at the time of the launch, and stable performance is good, this can improve the service life of the motor and pump greatly.

Abstract: Currently, accelerating the construction of quality have already been the vital issue in China. Facing the environment limitation and strong market competition, the coal mine industry should try to improve the quality, efficiency and level by enhancing the process management. Coal mine industry is a high-risk industry, the specification of coal enterprises safety management process is vital. This paper took a coal enterprise as example, and combined the characteristics of its operating to analyze and optimize the safety management process. This paper is expected to prove a guidance and assistance on improving the safety management for China coal mine enterprises.

Abstract: Based on the operation and management of station, the research was mainly about the risk assessment method of the crowd crushing and tramping accidents in urban rail transit stations. The indicator system about the crowd crushing and tramping accidents in urban rail transit station was established. The C2R model of data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used in the risk assessment, and the model was solved with MATLAB programming. The result of the analysis is generally consistent with the actual situation.

Abstract: According to the development status of fixed facilities in railway marshalling yards and the relationships among the different fixed facilities, the indicator system about the coordination assessment of fixed facilities’ capacity in railway marshalling yards was established. Abstract: Government investment project is the focus of the national construction, also is one of main driving force for the development of the national economy, and the amount of money involved is often large, as well as distributed in all parts of the country , therefore it takes an crucial position in the entire national economy. Moreover, from the perspective of the nature, government investment projects and people's work and life are closely related, which is a hotspot that arose widespread concerns in the whole society. The participants in government investment projects mainly include government, authority department and the contractor, and they reverberate through the project. Each participant's behavior will have a significant impact on the project, and behavioral problems in project management occupies increasingly important role, therefore it is significant to strengthen the research on the behavioral risk of project participants. This paper mainly investigates the rent-seeking activities, which would exist between authority department and the contractor, and aims at improving the supervision effect through the game analysis model.
