Abstract: The article takes Shanxi Lu’an Group Yuxin Coal Mines as an example, establishing a model to simulate the impact of groundwater processes in different time periods Yuxin mining process through MODFLOW software. And evaluates the predictive region groundwater level and groundwater environment changing trends run of mine production.Model fit with satisfactory results. Due to there's watershed area in groundwater exploitation and the groundwater flow along the limestone layer excretion which is in the valley around, the groundwater has three flow directions in the Mining area and the flow field is very complex.Obviously,it is more difficult to understand the mining impact on groundwater exploit ation process. The article combines theoretical study with practical investigation. According to the simulation results of Yuxin Coal Mines, showing more clearly the impact of coal mining under complex boundary conditions on groundwater. Provide for the study of the impact of post-mining groundwater reference, while providing the basis for the supervision and management of local government departments and post Yuxin coal mining operation, and also provide a favorable basis for the protection of drinking water for local residents.

Abstract: Necessary new technologies have been developed in Liaohe oilfield for fire flood pilot and have been used in different types of reservoirs and wells. Reusable igniter is developed and reasonable technical parameters is decided after numerical simulation. The power is up to 80kW and the injection air can the heated to 500°C enough to ignite oil in reservoir. New air injection tube which has the function of igniting oil layers separately is also developed for reservoir with many thin layers. Integrated tube designed for horizontal production wells in THAI pilot is also planned and useful. This tube has the function of supervising temperature and pressure, blending water or steam to reduce temperature or heat produced oil to inform the ordinary production of THAI. Every kind of new technologies solve the problems we meet in fire flood pilot and expected result have been got in Gao2-3,Du66 and some other fire flood pilot districts.

Abstract: In Europe, many regeneration projects are addressed to large urban distressed areas as a result of the dismissal of industrial sites and businesses and ensuing unemployment, poverty, environmental damage and social exclusion. In the attempt to contribute to the development of innovative policies for the integrated regeneration of deprived urban areas, this paper addresses the experience of the London’s South Bank project. Formerly home to factories and working-class houses, a number of integrated projects have converted this area into one of Europe’s most important cultural hubs, known for being packed with artistic opportunities and amenities that attract millions of visitors every year. After a brief description of the process through which the area has been transformed, this paper focuses on the strategies and feasibility factors that have led to a successful regeneration project.

Abstract: The motivation for this work emerges from the current awareness for planning and implementation of innovation habitats aligned with urban needs. This research analyzes the contributions of knowledge based urban development approach (KBUD) to foster innovation policies aligned to urban development strategies focusing on innovation habitats. The result is a set of assertions which will compose a theoretical-conceptual model.

Abstract: The article reports the low utilization ratio condition of Wuhan City’s Bicycle Sharing System (WCBSS), which is caused by the unreasonable layout of urban public bicycle station. In order to alleviating the unsatisfied situation, this article extract the index from the questionnaire query, meanwhile implementing the AHP method by building the judgment matrix to analyze the factors and weights which influence the utilization ratio of the WCBSS station. It’s concluded that by setting up stations around commercial districts and residential districts,an improvement of the usage of bicycles can be achieved .

Abstract: Starting in '90s, town planning changes from ordinary to strategy planning. The ever-increasing speed of change of the boundary conditions and the increased exponentially the variables involved continues to highlight the need for more targeted approaches and clear horizons, New planning works subdividing independent shares and spaces over time and, at the same time, defining specific projects flexible to re-adjustment and re-definition. All system of territories (networks of urban spaces and not) until now ignored, considered marginal or waste, re-discovered as potential engines of new models and horizons of development and the city (or metropolis) in key sustainable. The urban-territorial contexts Mediterranean, given their special nature and condition emerge as reference in the development of new space and systematic way.

Abstract: The authors raise a question of the necessity of urgent introduction of the principles of green building design into the practice. It is emphasized that such a necessity is dictated by the dangerous degradation processes occurring in the biosphere and society. In the given report the questions of social purpose and function of architectural activity are raised, as well as of the development of the sociology of architecture as an essential field of scientific research for providing the quality of design solutions.Green building technologies are widely spread in Europe, USA and in the Korea, China. Green building and sustainable building technologies have converted into a regular construction and building operation practice, whose mission is to reduce consumption of power and other material resources and to preserve or improve the quality of buildings and their comfort. The most reputable green building standards include LEED in the USA and BREAM in Great Britain. A discussion of local green standards, that will take account of the climate, landscape, and the lifestyle of residents, is underway in Russia. Principles of the ecologically sustainable design are being introduced into the architectural practice.

Abstract: Urban heat island (UHI) effect becomes hot spot in the field of urban climatology in the recent decades. Two sampling belts on the Landsat TM/ETM+ image across the center point of main urban area of shenyang were selected along the E-W and S-N directions in order to analyse the characteristics of UHI effect and discuss the relationships between LST and UHI source or sink. The results indicate that for the E-W direction sampling belt, the maximum and minimum LST values were 37.46 °Cand 33.44 °C in 2001 respectively, while those were 34.61 °C and 33.30 °C in 2010. For the S-N direction sampling belt, the corresponding values were 34.53 °C and 29.27 °C in 2001, 34.47 °C and 29.69 °C in 2010. LST fluctuated significantly in the E-W direction sampling belt in 2010 and the difference value was 4.01 °C, so was in the S-N direction sampling belt in 2010 and the difference value was 4.78 °C. LST of the grid was a positive correlation with LST of the UHI source area of grid in 2001 and 2010, so was with that of UHI sink area in 2001 and 2010. LST of grid was a positive correlation with UHI source area.

Abstract: The prediction of the future development of an area based on a mathematical model is a field which is highly topical and very beneficial to contemporary urbanism. One of mathematical modeling tools is the Modified Dynamic Model (MDM). This article focuses on identifying the elements which enter a model in case of the prediction of brownfield regeneration, describes the mutual relations between these elements, and explains how these relations can be numerically evaluated. Then it applies the outlined theoretical procedure in practice to a model of the development of one of the brownfields in Ostrava.
