Abstract: Considering the inertia weight adjustment problems in the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, a kind of particle swarm inertia weight adjustment method based on multi-step iteration fitness changes was put forward, and by analyzing if particle optimal fitness values was further optimized after a certain number of iterations, then how to set the inertia weight was determined, which can balance the particle swarm global optimization and local optimization. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm was better than the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm in convergence speed and accuracy of solution.

Abstract: Image matching is a very important field of computer vision and image processing. In this paper we proposed a topology model and algorithm based on characteristic points. Firstly, detecting edge and points feature, then making topology model and proving the excellent properties of the model. Finally, using the proposed model in image mosaicking, at last the feasibility of the model and algorithm are confirmed.

Abstract: Demands of automatic recognition of abnormal patterns in control charts have been increasing nowadays in manufacturing process. Control chart pattern recognition is an important statistical process control tool used to determine whether a process is run in its intended range or not and eliminate the potential attribution factors as far as possible according to the abnormal condition shown in the control chart. This paper uses the time domain features as input vector and genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal parameters of SVM in a self-adapted manner. Design anomaly detection model for dynamic process is made to realize control chart pattern recognition under the complex condition. The experimental results show that the proposed approach method has higher detection accuracy and stronger generalization ability than other methods, so it is more suitable for quality control in production field.

Abstract: The paper implements a dynamic system for multi-angle glass-free 3D video, the technology for playing content acquisition have higher requirements. The system using the camera matrix, gathering content for multi-angle shooting, and then after decoding, correction, synthesis, processing changes have sustained multiple angles of video images, in order to achieve the Glass-Free 3D viewing . System uses Java to achieve the driver. As the experimental results shows that the camera capturing problems like distortion and image alignment are solved and the dynamic full HD video with four view angles realized.

Abstract: On the basis of researching wavelet transform, we give a fast wavelet image hiding algorithm. Wavelet transform coefficient of the carrier image will fusion the information image's, Then using inverse wavelet transform gets the original image. In order to improve the performance of anti-attack of the hidden image, before hiding information image we do the scrambling operation. Experimental results show that the scrambling algorithm and hiding algorithm combines not only further enhance the security of the hidden system and robustness has also been enhanced.

Abstract: The system in the paper based on Matlab platform. With the aid of image processing toolbox of soil image analysis and processing, the soil grain size distribution and its inclination angle can be got. It overcomes the insufficiency of the existing image edge extraction method, and proposes a new type of detection method, in order that the region of interest can be more accurately extract. The system is helpful to predict the possibility of the regional landslides.

Abstract: In this article, we study inferences for reliability functions of the system having two components connected parallel. Suppose that the lifetime of two components have exponential distribution. Using the generalized inference approach, we obtain confidence intervals of our interested parameters with good coverage.

Abstract: The terminal area is always a hot research topic by aviation experts all over the world. As the rapid growth of the demand of air transportation, the terminal area becomes busier than ever. The results are flight delays and cancellations. One of the solutions is to design a 4D trajectory for each flight. Under the four dimensional operation, the flights can fly more precisely and be arranged more closely so that the terminal area can hold more aircrafts. With the development of the technology of communication, navigation and surveillance, the flight of four-dimensional operation is possible. This paper presents a data-based method of 4D approach trajectory design in terminal area.

Abstract: Track association is an important role in torpedo anti- acoustic countermeasure. This paper put the multi-hypothesis targets algorithm which based on kalman filter theory into application of multi- targets track association. Data simulation experiment proved it that multi-hypothesis targets algorithm can effectively solve the measurement target data association problem .The target track can also be affirmed in short time

Abstract: In this paper, aimed at suppressing the noise amplitude modulation jamming for a novel combined modulation radio ranging system, which transmits the waves combining pseudo random binary phase code (PRBPC) with linear frequency modulation (LFM), a signal processing method based on the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and reconstruction of the target correlation peak signal is presented. Firstly, the correlation detection output signal of the ranging system is theoretically derived and proved to meet the condition of the Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF). Then the EMD processing for the target correlation peak signal, completely covered by the noise amplitude modulation (AM) jamming, is done and decomposes the signal into several IMFs. The difference of certain main IMF between the target signal and the strong jamming is utilized to reconstruct the target correlation function as the input signal of the detecting part. It is proved by simulation that the processing gain to the noise AM jamming can be significantly improved and the main lobe of the reconstructed correlation peak signal is more obvious, therefore it can be more easily identified.
