Abstract: The wind profiler is used to detect the atmospheric turbulence signal and the atmospheric three-dimensional wind field information. The SNR of the wind profiler directly affects the credibility of synthetic wind and radar actual detection altitude. Therefore, it is very necessary to evaluate the detection ability of radar by the definition of SNR threshold value. SNR threshold value method, based on the wind profiler signal simulation, get the theoretical SNR threshold which is 1.30. The method is tested with the observational data from January 2013 to December of the Beijing yanqing CFL-08 wind profiler. The results show that this method can get the range of actual SNR threshold is 1.30-1.45, which is the same as theoretical threshold.

Abstract: The thickness of flexible waterproof layer is one of the most important characters in waterproof project construction. There are some problems in the traditional waterproof layer thickness measuring, such as destructiveness, low efficiency and high cost. Just because of these faults, a measuring technology, based on B-Mode ultrasound image is introduced. According to the characters of the waterproof layer, on how to accomplish waterproof layer's thickness measuring is studied, using image analyzing technology. And finally it is realized with a certain measuring precision.

Abstract: A class of shallow water waves equations are studied in this paper. Using Kato's existence theorem, we mainly study the initial and bounded value problem for the quasi-linear evolution equations. Meanwhile, we prove the existence of local and global existence of solutions to the equations.

Abstract: In this paper we discuss our attempt to solve the problem of HAIP(High Accuracy Indoor Position) by using BLE4.0(Bluetooth Low Energy). According to previous research, Wi-Fi Positioning has mainly faced some big challenges. Accuracy is deteriorated by directional handset antennas, which affect the relative AP signal strength; Practical maximum reachable accuracy is 3-10 meters depending on environment; Wi-Fi activities is a big consumption of battery on Mobile Terminal; Now, The Bluetooth Low Energy technology is getting mature. In this paper, we use Bluetooth low energy on iOS device to solve the problem of high accuracy indoor position. In the data-preprocessing step, we use Kalman filter to process the RSSI. In the transition step of RSSI to Distance, we propose a novelty method to adjust the parameters of Log-Distance model dynamically and adaptively according to diagonal beacons’ measurement. We implement our technique and algorithm on iOS device with iOS7.0 SDK. The result shows that error reduced to 0.5m-1.2m range depending on the distance, achieved smaller power consumption.

Abstract: The inclusion measure is an important index of fuzzy logic because of its wide application. This paper aims to put forward a new fuzzy inclusion measure. Based on the previous related research results, an axiomatic definition with three axioms is first chosen for the purpose of making the fuzzy inclusion measure in the true spirit of fuzzy logic. A calculation formula is built under the constraints of the chosen definition, that is to say that the calculation formula is consistent with the three axioms. Two properties are discussed. Finally, two examples are used to verify the rationality of the new inclusion measure between fuzzy sets.

Abstract: In order to improve the adaptability of manufacturing cloud services in the dynamical and open cloud manufacturing environment, a manufacturing cloud service model was proposed based on the adaptive mechanism. Using the model, external changes are sensed by the event-driven approach. The explicit description of environment is provided. According to preset policies, adaptive operations, such as adding, deleting, replacing and updating, can be executed when necessary. The service behavior and structure are adjusted by adaptive operations to guarantee the service performance. The adaptive operation algorithm of cloud services was given. Finally, the effectiveness of the model was demonstrated by a real instance.

Abstract: Cognitive wireless mesh networks use network coding techniques can improve the transmission performance. Thus, a new load-balanced routing measure CRM-LB(Coding-aware Routing Metric with Load Balancing) based on network coding was presented, the CRM-LB increase of the considerations of traffic concentration level congestion level all nodes on the path P based on CRM(Coding-aware Routing Metric). Further proposed cognitive wireless mesh networks multicast routing CLR(Coding and Load-balancing Routing) based on the CRM-LB. The protocol can increase network coding opportunities, taking into account the network load balancing. The performance analysis and simulation results show that the protocol, under the premise of improving throughput, not only to better support network coding, and to achieve load balancing in network.

Abstract: Fuzzy set sorting method is studied in this prepare. Firstly, a sorting method of Fuzzy number is proposed under the condition of rough fuzzy number. Use rough fuzzy number to approach fuzzy set by rough set and fuzzy set; it is an approximate expression of fuzzy set. Secondly, prove partial order structures above method and give an example for fuzzy set sorting method, showing the whole process for the sorting method. Lastly, summarize the sorting method that is convenient, concise and easy to apply. It is enrich and supplement for fuzzy sorting method.

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the application of the efficient modulation technique to DVB-RCS based aeronautical satellite high data rates transmission system, and also presents the key issues of this new modulation technique used in aeronautical satellite environment. Study shows that the new efficient satellite modulation technology can meet the changing needs of today's aeronautical satellite high data rates transmission providers and achieve the targets of providing higher data rates for usage at existing same bandwidth.
