Abstract: Spatial join selectivity is one of most important and time-consuming operations in spatial databases. The method of Power Laws is one of proposed methods that can be applied to point datasets perfectly. This paper presents a method that combines the Power Laws with MP Histogram Statistic, to calculate spatial join selectivity of polyline feature data-sets, or polygon feature data-sets or more complex feature data-sets. The spatial join selectivity is calculated with the proposed method and compared with that of the MP Histogram Statistic, and the experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible.

Abstract: According to the research on novice drivers whose driving experience within 1 year, over 1 year to 2 years and 2 to 3 years in Sichuan province, this paper made deep analysis about the proportion of traffic accidents, proportion of novice drivers taking part in traffic, the relative possibility of traffic accidents. It screened out the high-risk group of novice drivers and did research on the causes of traffic accidents of novice drivers.

Abstract: Urban transport is an important part of urban activities, and it is not just a public works technical problems or traffic problems, but also is a comprehensive social problems. There are some traffic congestion problems exist in the current urban traffic network. By using the theory of generalized stochastic Petri to the study of Cyber-physical Systems (CPS), this paper established an urban transport GSPN (Generalized Stochastic Petri Net) model, which chosen bus priority strategies to improve the utilization of road.

In this paper, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is conducted for selecting an optimal transportation model in the Navy logistics between Taiwan Island and Kinmen Island.

Abstract: This dissertation studies the comprehensive evaluation system of freeway and the system includes the evaluation indexes of freeway network and economy. At the same time, on the base of introducing the development of freeway, this dissertation conducts a case study of the freeway to make a preliminary evaluation of development speed, scale and layout of the freeway, and also analyzes the space layout, efficiency of time and space of the traffic flow and saturation degree of sections of freeway. Given that above, this dissertation puts forward initiative measures.

Abstract: The runway incursion detection algorithm (RIDA) was developed by CASRI in support of the National Science and Technology Pillar Program of China. Detection algorithm was developed as a component of the A-SMGCS, an experimental software system for terminal area and surface operations. The detection algorithm is the primary function for implementing A-SMGCS level II. The RIDA makes use of ADS-B surveillance technology, Global Positioning System (GPS), ground surveillance systems, and data links. The RIDA was tested and demonstrated at the Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) since 2012 with highly successful results. The advanced capabilities of RIDA provide ATC controllers with enhanced situational awareness, supplemental guidance cues, a real-time display of traffic information, and warnings of runway incursions in order to reduce the possibility of runway incursions while also improving operational capability.

Abstract: Coal is the important fuel and industrial raw materials in my country, and it accounts for 70% of total energy production and consumption in our country, and power plants’ coal consumption accounts for more than half of national total coal consumption. The research of electric-coal supply chain related to coal production place, coal transit place and consumption place (power plant). Due to there are many nodes like these three kinds coal transportation in the market, so the project that integrates every nodes into unified transportation optimization network has the function of reducing coal consumption and saving transportation costs. The paper constructs coal transportation analysis model, electric-coal supply and transportation path dynamic optimization model based on electric-coal transportation network analysis, and make effective analysis for choosing electric-coal transportation path. The paper also puts forward electric-coal supply chain optimization measures from electric-coal supply chain integration and ports building.

Abstract: Traditional logistics brings damages to the environment, such as climate change, air pollution, water pollution, etc. Environmental logistics concerned more about improving the environmental sustainability compared to the traditional one. We find that it will help China to optimize the whole logistics system and minimize the damages caused by transportation, storage. And thus China will make new progress in logistics management, environmental protection and sustainable development.

Abstract: The alternating direction method has been widespread used to solve multi-area economic dispatch problem. Compared with traditional centered economic dispatch, alternating direction method divides centered optimal problem into completely independent sub-problems while the corresponding equality and inequality constraints are satisfied. However, plenty of applications show that the choice of penalty parameter for the consistency constraint has an important influence on the convergence performance of alternating direction method. In this paper, we proposed a novel improved alternating direction method. To be more exact, the key is to adjust penalty parameter based on iterative information of alternating direction method. Numerical results illustrate the proposed method has better stability in convergence.

Abstract: Grid dependent tasks rescheduling problem currently are facing triggering frequent. Aiming at this problem, this paper introduces a simple based on Fault Index Based Rescheduling (FIBR). Then it put forward the improved method based on the tax mechanism successful index rescheduling method. Through the method, the grid system can accord the successful index value for task allocation relatively stable resources. At the same time, the method can make the most of the available resources are fully utilized, greatly reducing resource load imbalance situation, effectively improves the utilization of resources in history current stability judgment accuracy. The possibility of rescheduling trigger is reduced.
