Abstract: The automotive industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy and plays an important role in the national economic and social development. Abstract: Since the trend of electricity power industry reformation is to separate power plants from grid, it’s difficult for power Grid Company to interference the operation of plants. But as a manager of grid, it’s necessary for Grid Company to build a calculation formula of monthly standard electricity coal inventory to estimate the security of thermal power plant operation. y analyzing the special features of coal inventory management of thermal power plants. Taking into consideration of the changing demand of electricity and the uncertain supply of coal during a month, a practical inventory model with the target of maximizing the safety of generating electricity was built based on the modified classic safety stock formula to determine the optimal standard safety stocks. It’s depends on history data. Finally, On the basis of the solving results of power plants in Hunan province, the optimal safety stock was found, and the quantity of coal to purchase during a month were also suggested. The results provide a good reference for guiding the purchase and storage strategy of thermal power plant.

Abstract: Energy saving is an important component in China’s energy policy. Respondents show some willingness to save energy as long as their comfort and convenience can be maintained. This paper proposes a strategy of household electricity consumption based on user’s habits. By adjusting the cost and satisfaction factor in the strategy, many electricity programs can be given responding to different energy-saving effect. At last, it gives the energy saving time to use appliances. The experiment results show that this strategy can significantly reduce the cost of electricity and ensure the user’s satisfaction.

Abstract: The standardized design of space products has become significant since the fast development of pace technology. Currently, the space products are mostly designed separately which brings the fact that the interfaces of these products differ from each other, thus it obstructs the quick integration and test. In order to deal with this issue, this paper presents the reconfigurable unit to unify the diverse interfaces and the application of this method can satisfy the demand of different space missions, thus the research and development period and the cost can be reduced.

Abstract:
As the co-integration theory is introduced, this research attempts to explore the relationship between economic growth and electric consumption based on co-integration theory in Jilin province. The data we use comes from the economic and electricity data in Jilin Province during 1978 to 2013. The analysis results show that a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth in Jilin province is existing. Based on the Granger causality analysis, we find that there is no Granger causality between electricity consumption and economic growth in Jilin Province.

Abstract: The modularity logistics system is a new concept produced in network era of globalization. The modularity logistics systems have self-organization characteristic. Combining modularity theory with synergetics theory, the association between modularity logistics systems and logistics standardization system was analyzed. And from the self-organization’s point of view, analyzing the internal and external factors of modularity logistics systems, it was identified that the standardization degree and the modularity value of logistics systems are the order parameters among the co-evolutionary of modularity logistics systems. Finally, introducing synergetics to management science, the collaborative management model of modularity logistics systems is put forward based on the public information supporting platform.

Abstract: The Yellow River is suffered from water shortage. Rapid population increase, unplanned urbanization, intensive industrial. Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) is a promising approach in ensuring sustainable management. It entails management of water for various purposes and not for a single purpose which therefore involves different regions aiming at achieving sustainable water resources management. This paper seeks to evaluate recent efforts to implement in IWRM in the Yellow River basin. The paper concludes that reforms such as public participation at local levels, recognition of water as both an economic and a social good, putting IWRM within the larger context of Integrated Natural Resource Management would improve IWRM in the basin.
