Plate Cutting NC Machining Simulation System Based on OpenGL

Abstract:

IIn the plate cutting NC machining field, aiming at how to choose processing method, determine the processing trajectory and other issues, a simulation method was proposed for auxiliary processing production process using computer, in order to achieve in the short time to find the optimum processing path and complete the check NC code. On this issue, based on the 3D simulation system based on OpenGL, the simulation with NC graphics NC code to check the set in one, the full realization of the virtual machining a sheet, greatly improving the efficiency of the plate processing.
