The Simulation and Optimization on the Certain Type Fuel Pump Assembly Line Balance Based on Flexsim

Abstract:

This paper uses heuristic algorithm to makes balance about assembly line by analyzing the flow diagram of a certain type fuel pump assembly process and dividing assembly process into operation unit. Then, the result of production line balance is analyzed by using modeling and simulation of Flexsim software . Based on the above, this paper suggests the optimum control strategy which can provide the reference for enterprises to improve work efficiency.
