Abstract: The precision of Multiaxial EDM is improved by a geometric and motion error model of EDM. A lower numbered body array is introduced to describe the EDM with a homogeneous coordinate transformation used to model the geometric and motion errors of a typical body in the multi-body system. Multi-body kinematics are employed to derive the structural and motion relations and the corresponding location error equation。 The motion error chain for the EDM is analyzed to develop a versatile error model. An entire Multiaxial EDM is analyzed as an example to determine its errors. The method provides a reference for Multiaxial EDM precision design.

Abstract: From the perspective of system integration, this paper introduces how to apply the Web network technology to the long-distance supervisory system. It is discussed about the implementation plan and software design to form a web-based remote monitoring system. The software design of the entire supervisory system includes the local and the remote monitoring software design. The author analyzes the design purposes, the contents, the methods and the characteristics of these two kinds of softwares. This article studies the working process of web-based long-distance supervisory system. Related questions and the solution measures in the design of the system are also covered.

Abstract: Due to the characters of large space and uneven distributing of the temperature and humidity which always exist in the warehouse, the reliability and accuracy of data are influenced when using the wireless sensor network to collect the environmental parameters which are large redundancy and errors. According to the above-mentioned characters, a self-adaptive weighted algorithm based on multi-sensor data fusion was presented. The simulation results show that, the compute of the method is simple, it needs without any prior knowledge of sensor to give the fusion value with least variance, and therefore the proposed method improves the accuracy of measured data.

Abstract: Starter motor is an important part of the auto starting system. The basic electromagnetic field distributions of the starter motor considering the armature reaction have been obtained by using Ansoft software, also the magnetic field and flux density of the air-gap. The results of the Gauss Meter validate the accuracy of the finite element model. The main conclusions are helpful to the performance analysis, model calculation and optimization design of the auto starter.

Abstract: Train-to-ground communication system as an important part of the train control system , its performance is essential to guarantee the high safety and efficiency of train operation. However, due to the disturbances caused by movement speed of trains ,terrains, and other environmental interferences ,the existing communication system is often unable to provide a high speed link that is stable enough. Therefore, a reasonable bandwidth allocation strategy is necessary to solve the discrepancy between the demanding data rates and the insufficient bandwidth. This paper propose a bandwidth allocation strategy based on 0-1 knapsack problem and Asymmetric Nash Bargaining Solution, which can effectively reflect different bargaining power of all kinds of services, and improve the reliability and security of the transmission system. Finally, we operate a network simulation by NS2. The simulation show that the proposed scheme can enhance the rate of resource utilization ,get small and stable communication delay and ensure reliable transmission of the high-priority services and the safe operation of the train.

Abstract: Joint Beamforming and power allocation schemes are considered for cognitive radio (CR) multiple input single output (MISO) system in this paper. We considered the robust downlink beamforming and power allocation problem with per-antenna power constraints which is more realistic in practice, instead of sum-power constraint, under the imperfect channel state information (CSI). Since the given optimization problem is a non-convex problem which is difficult to handle, we transformed it into second order cone program (SOCP) problem, which can be solved efficiently. Simulation shows that the proposed scheme indeed has a better performance in CR system.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzed the modern manufacturing mode and technical service under the cloud computing conditions, the networked cooperative technical service mode based on cloud computing was presented for manufacturing enterprise to fast response the market demand as a new method. Firstly, ontology-based semantic identification technology has been studied, then the basic concept of ontology and created principles and method of ontology were expounded, and the algorithm of semantic identification for technical service information in production process was described. Secondly, made use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and Hungarian algorithm, queue and assignment of the technical services task in production process were researched respectively.
