Abstract: Based on the hurricane evacuation process, the dynamic characteristics of hurricane disaster risk were analyzed. The degree of harm and endanger regional are the two aspects of dynamic characteristics of hurricane disaster risk and by use the hurricane center and hurricane levels, the risk measurement method for a given point was proposed. The new emergency evacuation strategy was based on the largest decline of unit risk which was also the main idea of vehicle steering decision function. By the hurricane evacuation examples, the case that traffic net with traffic bottlenecks was studied by simulation. The results show that the proposed hurricane emergency evacuation strategy of this paper is feasible and have practical implications.

Abstract: This research presents a time series analysis and artificial neural network (ANN)-based scheme for fault diagnosis of power transformers, which extracts the characteristic parameters of the faults of the transformer from the results of time series analysis and bases on this basis establishes the corresponding back propagation (BP) neural network to detect the transformer operating faults. The simulation experimental results show that as compared to the related works, the proposed approach effectively integrates the superiority of time series analysis and BP neural network and thus can greatly improve the diagnosis accuracy and reliability.

Abstract: In this paper, for countable homogeneous Markov process, we prove strong Markov property defining by [2] are valid. So for an arbitrary countable homogeneous Markov process is a strong Markov process.2000 Mathematics Subject Classification. Primary 60J25, 60J27.

Abstract: Compound-sequential logit models are extensions of the ordinary logistic regression model, which are designed for complex ordinal outcomes commonly seen in practice. In this paper, we prove strong consistency of the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) of the regression parameter vector under some mild conditions. We relax the boundedness condition of the regressors required in most existing theoretical results, and all conditions are easy to verify.

Abstract: In order to uncover truths to serve justice, case-related data collected from a digital investigation requires substantial resources to analyze, especially in time-critical situations. At present, however, digital forensics has not evolved to meet this ever-increasing demand. Digital forensic triage is a promising solution, as it is designed to maximize the use of resources according to a system of priorities, and hence the efficiency and effectiveness of forensic examinations can be increased. Nevertheless, the lack of concrete methods limits efforts to implement triage. This paper presents a practical approach that is designed to build a prioritizing solution. In this work a newprocess model is derived based on the presented approach, and it is particularly suited to scenarios where forensic examiners do not have enough time and resources to conduct a full examination and analysis. An example is described to demonstrate how this approach can be used to meet the requirements of network forensic investigations.

Abstract: This paper deals with the problem of almost sure convergence rate for weighted sums of negatively associated random variables. A new convergence rate is obtained base on an exponential inequality, the result obtained extends and has a fast convergence rate compare with the existing result. As an application, we study the Priestley-Chao estimate of nonparametric regression estimate and the convergence rate is derived.

Abstract: The paper designs remote wireless control system of copper refinery shorting switch in the copper smelting industry, which is composed of in-situ monitor nodes and centralized-control master nodes and can realize remote control and real-time monitoring of shorting switch. Monitor nodes adopt PLC module, temperature monitoring module, LCD module and other in-situ devices. All modules collect switching values and temperatures, and transmit collected signals to master nodes through wireless network, and master modes transfer information to computer equipment in the monitoring end. Centralized-control master nodes send alarm for temperatures exceeding the safety range, control switch operation, and produce switch operation report. The test results indicate that the system is reliable, stable and of significant application value in the metallic refinery industry.

Abstract: The paper describes that when two or more tags in a wireless channel, and transmitting an identification signal to the reader, the signal will overlap, causing the reader can not normally be resolved.By comparing of the advantages and disadvantages of several anti-collision algorithm, clarify the need for anti-collision algorithm improvements.
