Abstract: “Qingyu 2” Helianthus tuberosus L. was used to study fructan metabolism and the synthesis and degradation enzyme activity in the whole growth period of Helianthus tuberosus on dry land and irrigated land. The results show that, SST is mainly expressed in the leaves, the main site to synthesis kestose. FFT has high level expression mainly in the tuber expansion stage and then synthesis the DP ≥ 4 fructan. The stem with small fructan biosynthesis and degradation is a temporary fructan storage site. Before and after blossom, FEH activity reaches the peak in leaves and tubers. Fructan synthesizes and accumulates mainly in the rapid growth period and tuber formation stage, and remains stable in blossom stage before transfering rapidly to tubers from leaves and stems inexpansion period. Drought stress on dry land does not affect the fructan metabolism before blossom, but prevents the FEH expression in blossom, which delays fructan transfer to the tubers and FFT expression of tubers.

Abstract: This study was performed to develop a fuzzy model for human health risk assessment of organic contamination of groundwater to quantify the uncertainties inherent in risk assessment processes. The fuzzy model was constructed based on the fuzzy set theory and traditional risk assessment approach. Triangular fuzzy number was used to describe the variability of parameters associated with traditional risk assessment and α-cut sets was taken to transform fuzzy numbers to intervals that can be fairly taken into arithmetic operation of lifetime cancer risk (ELCR) and hazard index (HI) which respectively denotes the carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks. Considering the exposure routes of drinking and showering, the developed fuzzy model yields risks at different memberships as well as the expectation of risks. The model was applied to a site in China with organics-contaminated groundwater. It was found that tetrachloroethylene (PCE) posed the most risks, followed by trichloroethylene (TCE), while carbon tetrachloride (CT) posed the smallest. Results also showed drinking, compared with showering, is the major exposure route and boiling is important for reducing health risks of groundwater.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the problems existing in the conventional drinking water treatment and expounds the necessary of improving drinking water treatment based on the present water pollution situation and the more stringent water quality standard. According to the existing economic and technical condition in our country, strengthen the conventional drinking water treatment should be done in advance. Besides, adding the pretreatment and depth treatment into the water treatment process is also necessary in the future. For the technology of pretreatment, biological pretreatment technology is the worthiest to study. For improving the conventional drinking water treatments, study the morphology and kinetics mechanism of coagulation is very necessary. For the technology of depth treatment, the activated carbon and biological activated carbon technology will be the main development trend.

Abstract: Seismic can be divided into passive seismic and active seismic. Seismic isolation technology belong to the second type. Base isolation structure is defined by setting the isolation layer between the superstructure and foundation building, to extend the natural period architecture, increasing the damping to reduce structural seismic response. It is a passive control system. Compared with the traditional seismic structure, it mainly through the isolation layer to absorb and dissipate energy, reducing the response to the earthquake.

Abstract: Multilayer fuzzy synthetic evaluation is an effective method of the qualitative analysis into the quantitative analysis, and can reflect the different levels of objective things factors, avoiding the difficult to assign weights due to excessive factors. Geological environment of Jiawang coal mining subsidence area in Xuzhou was evaluated with an indices system based on multilayer fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Through evaluation, the serious damage region of geological mining of Jiawang mining subsidence area is 1918.966 hm2, and the more serious damage region is 2524.088 hm2, and the less affected area is 1366.971 hm2. The results showed that the geological environment of Jiawang mining subsidence damage is more serious. The farmland was destroyed seriously, and water due to land collapse was quite serious, which was difficult to land reclamation. It is believed that this work may provide scientific reference for land reclamation and landscape ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence area.

Abstract: The monitoring data of radon concentration in a uranium ore district were taken as the evaluating objects in this paper. Carcinogenic risk was evaluated by health risk assessment four-paragraph method put forward by the national academy of sciences (NAS). Then the quantitative analysis was performed to evaluate the probability of radon and its daughters’ carcinogenic risk. Monte-Carlo technology was carried on to establish the model of simulation, and the Crystal Ball software was used to calculate quickly. The results show that effective dose will be still less than 1 mSV restricted by GB18871-2002 until 94.99% and the mean of carcinogenic risk is 1.40 ×10-7. The further protection measures are necessary near the sources of pollution according to the distribution of radon concentration.

Abstract: Land Ecological Security, the land ecological system which embraced various organic and inorganic above the surface of land is not damaged. Land Resource Ecological Security is a healthy or balanced status means the land resource is not or less threatens. From the two statements, both have similar meaning. The evaluation of the land ecological security is a meaningful and predictable evaluation which is about earth usage result of the macro-restructure and possible impact on environment and ecology, and which is guideline to keep the environment uninfluenced and district ecology safe from the earth usage planning. Based on summarizing the recent research domain, research target, research time, parameter of evaluation, and methods, this paper analyzed the new research progress.

Abstract: On the basis of the development of social assessment, the author proposes gender analysis logic, and then takes the Ningbo municipal solid waste minimization and recycling project as an example, studies on the mutual adaptability of environmental protection project and women, analyzes mutual effect and gender risk between environmental project and women. Discover that the influence of the project to women has both positive and negative effects. As subjective initiative individual affected by the project, women’s attitudes and behaviors to the project will affect implementation of the project effectively in a direct or indirect way.

Abstract: China covers an area of 9.6 million square kilometers, of which mountains and hills account for 65 percent[1]. As a result, a large number of economic construction need to be done in the mountain. However, because of its special nature and geological conditions, different types of landslide hazard phenomenon often occurred in the construction which seriously restricted the rapid development of the regional economy. Therefore, the author takes Lanzhou city, Gansu province which is the typical mountain town as an example to analysis of the types, characteristics, causes and prevention measures of the landslide hazards in the cities and towns construction, which can be for reference by similar areas.

Abstract: To investigate the case about room air pollution by microorganism from some region of Gannan Medical University and the effect of disinfectant made from traditional chinese medicine on room air. By flat natural precipitation method, the six sampling zones which were classroom, microorganism teaching laboratory, teacher’s office, the corridor of out-patient department, in-patient department hall and department of dermatology were selected to observe the case about room air pollution before disinfectant and the disinfection effect after disinfected with disinfection maken from traditional chinese medicine which named KZY-2 composed by Anemarrhena asphodeloides and Rhizoma coptidis, effect of disinfectant of KZY-2 on teaching laboratory was compared with ultraviolet ray by counting colonies of bacteria and fungi respectively. Total number of colony of the sampling zones from most to least was the corridor of out-patient department, department of dermatology, in-patient department hall, classroom, teaching laboratory, teacher’s office, number of fungal colony was department of dermatology, the corridor of out-patient department, in-patient department hall, teaching laboratory, classroom, teacher’s office, the average number of colony from the sampling sites of hospital (6764.3 cfu/m3) was significantly higher than campus (2190.7 cfu/m3),P<0.01. Total number of colony of the sampling sites was significantly decreased after disinfected with KZY-2 and ultraviolet ray. The sterilizing rate of KZY-2 was average 82.9% and up to 90.1%, the sterilizing rate of ultraviolet ray was average 63.5%,the disinfection effect between KZY-2 and ultraviolet ray was differential (P<0.05). These results indicate that KZY-2 and ultraviolet ray all have degermation on air and the disinfection effect of KZY-2 is superior to ultraviolet ray.
