Abstract: In order to provide reference for using the different cloud data in environmental prediction, based on AERMOD model, the standard cloud scenario and the reference cloud scenarios were constructed by using the 2010 reference climatological station-observed data and general weather station-observed data, and the d index and relative error on pollutant prediction concentration between the reference cloud scenarios and the standard cloud scenario were analyzed. The results show that the 4 or 3 observational cloud data of the project location, or less than 50km or more than 50km to the project location can be used in atmospheric environment prediction.

Abstract: Based on the comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation index system, composed of port resources, tourism resources, fishery resources, space and other resources,was established to evaluate the influence of the intensive using the sea in Caofeidian area on marine resources.The evaluation standard about the influence of the intensive using the sea on marine resources was founded.The comprehensive influence of theintensive using the sea in Caofeidian area on marine resources was evaluated.The results showed that the intensive using the sea in Caofeidian has an certain effect on marine resources and the influence degree is still in the acceptable range.The sea in Caofeidian can be appropriately used for the intensive using the sea. But in comparison,the influence of the intensive using the sea in implementing process is greater than that after the completion of the intensive using the sea. There is difference in the infulence of intensive using the sea on marine resources.The infulence degree on fishery reources is the greatest and reaches unacceptable leve,follwed by the spatial resources.The influence on the port and channel resources and the tourism resources is smaller.

Abstract: Ecosystem services (ES) of the biological resources are the foundation for human survival and development, but due to frequent interferences of human activities and high rate of population increasing, biological resources have been severely damaged. The occupation of the value of ecosystem services makes the biodiversity receiving more and more threats. Therefore, protection and management of ecosystem services has become more and more urgent. Through evaluation of the values of ecosystem services at the spatial and temporal scales in a strategic environmental assessment (SEA) framework, we may assess the influences of government policies, programs and plans on ecosystem services more efficiently. In this paper we presented on the method for ecosystem service valuation and involving stakeholders and decision-makers in SEA Processes. Then put forward the evaluation procedure framework of integrating ecosystem service into strategic environmental assessment.

Abstract: Mechanical ventilation is an effective way to reduce and control radon concentration in underground uranium mine. Firstly, to meet the special requirements of radiation protection in underground uranium mine, the safety evaluation index system of underground uranium mine ventilation system based on the AHP and FCE was built from the perspective of safety and reliability. Secondly, this article elaborated how to distribute index weight by utilizing the AHP. Then, the introduction to the steps of FCE was given. Finally, these were applied to the safety evaluation of an underground uranium mine ventilation system. Subjective factors have little effect on the evaluation results due to the integrated utilization of the AHP and the FCE, moreover, the results are consistent with the real situation and are reliable. At the same time, the results point out the way to improve the safety and reliability of underground uranium mine ventilation system, which can facilitate the managers to make decisions.

Abstract: s:In order to predict the harm of sudden pollution to source water,screen out appropriate emergency disposal technologies,an evaluation index system of emergency treatment technology in urban drinking water source based on threat evaluation was established by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) from the points of pollution situation,pollution position,water source scale,emergency management and alternative water source.Threat was divided into four levels, and different threat-levels corresponded with different weight of the evaluation index system of emergency disposal technologies. When pollution event occurred, emergency experts graded every index, got the threat-level according to the linear weighted method and selected corresponding set of weights of the emergency disposal technologies The method proved to be an scientific and accurate.

Abstract: The water-ways were complicated and intertwined in the Hongze Lake section of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. A complex natural environment and multitudinous chemical enterprises here result in environmental risk sources in this region.This study, with the Hongze Lake as center, aims to investigate information of pollution sources about 22 plants in the surrounding cities.We construct recognition evaluation index system for watershed risk sources, calculate risk coefficient about the risk sources by R-AHP Comprehensive Evaluation and finally determine the 4 risk levels. The results can help to make identification mark taking the grading alert colors and it is significant for decreasing the probability of major environmental pollution accidents.

Abstract: Environmental pollution has become a severe threat to the sustainable development of China’s rural areas. The economic source of China’s rural environmental pollution consists of three factors, which are the assumption of “rational economic person”, the externalities of environmental pollution and the quasi-public characteristic of natural resources. The political source of rural environmental pollution is the failure of government regulation. In order to solve market failures and government failures, we need to establish a long term mechanism to solve rural pollution via moral, economic and legal measures.

Abstract: This study investigated the contents of 5 phthalic acid esters in the soil and peanut from Ningxi and Huazhou farms. 5 PAEs were detected by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in soil and peanut. The soil background concentrations of PAEs ranged from 0.438 to 1.624 mg/kg in Ningxi and that range in Huazhou was from 0.468 to 1.235 mg/kg. The results showed that BBP and DEHP were both the major PAEs, and DEHP was the major PAEs of both sites. PAEs in the soil of two sites were contaminated slightly. The PAEs contents in peanut kernels ranged from 2.466 to 8.888 mg/kg and 3.436 to 5.594 mg/kg, respectively. Results show that the order of PAEs concentration of peanut in the both sites was: root > stem > leave > shell.

Abstract: The profile of 58 species non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) emissions from a typical coke production plant in northern China was studied. Source samples were taken using a dilution chamber system and were quantified by a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) system. Based on the measurement of source profiles, aromatic hydrocarbons were found in highest concentration (48.5%), followed by alkanes (42.9%) and alkenes (8.6%), respectively. The emission of C6-C7 species took the largest proportion of the NMHCs, toluene and n-hexane were primary species, accounted for 27.4% and 25.1% of total NMHCs. The OH loss rate of NMHCs were estimated, indicated that alkenes (46.5%) played the most important role in LOH, followed by aromatic hydrocarbons (34.3%) and alkanes (19.2%). The top 5 species in LOH were: 1-butylene, toluene, n-hexane, trans-2-butene and cis-2-pentene.

Abstract: Researching dynamic variation of vegetation coverage has positive significance for vegetation restoration and ecological reconstruction. Landsat TM/ETM+ remote sensing data of the 2002, 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011 was analyzed by ENVI and GIS technology, divided the vegetation coverage into 6 grades based on dimidiate pixel model, concluded the variation of ecological environment based on transfer matrix method, taked the Daliuta Mine as a case. The results indicated that average vegetation coverage in Daliuta Mine has increased integrally, and vegetation coverage changed from low, medium low and medium to medium and medium high, the vegetation coverage has somewhat. The dynamic monitoring of vegetation coverage can effectively reflect the variation of ecological environment in Daliuta Mine. This study provided a theoretical basis for the ecological reconstruction and sustainable development of Daliuta Mine.
