Abstract: the corrosion inhibition of polyethylene glycol 200 for magnesium alloy AZ91 in 1% NaCl solution at different temperatures are studied. The morphology of the sample at 25°C is analyzed by SEM. And CHI600C electrochemistry workstation is employed to investigate the corrosion inhibition of the samples. The results show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of polyethylene glycol 200 to the magnesium alloy AZ91 is affected by temperature. Polyethylene glycol 200 has superior corrosion inhibition to the magnesium alloy at the temperature of 25°C.

Abstract: In this paper, the liquid distributor performance for the falling film evaporation process was tested, and the relationship between the liquid height and flow rate were studied in the experiment. The results showed that the liquid height of liquid distributor is proportional to flow, liquid distributing hole diameter and flow, but inversely proportional to liquid distribution aperture. Overflow may be present at a high flow.

Abstract: Nowadays steelworks exists unmatched phenomenon of production rhythm between basic oxygen furnace and continuous caster, which need to saving ladle to ensure the caster casting, therefore the scientific-reasonable saving ladle control model of steel ladle could achieve energy saving significance. Based on the steel ladles of H steelworks as the research object, this article analyzes its operation process and time, matching model of basic oxygen furnace and caster. Through analyzing the relationship between the time of saving ladle and heats, the control model of saving ladle is constructed, which could calculate the reasonable time value of saving ladle, full ladle operation time and turnover cycle. Through applying Gantt chart to analysis and study the turnover rule of steel ladle, the turnover number control model of steel ladle is constructed. Satisfactory effects were obtained after applying the control model in production: saving number and turnover number were reduced, turnover ratio was increased, temperature drop was reduced.

Abstract: Gossypol (GP) is a kind of poorly water-soluble polyphenolic compounds. In this study, gossypol nanosuspensions (GP-NS) were prepared. The ability of intestinal absorption was evaluated. The result indicated that GP-NS could be absorbed in whole intestinal sections and permeated across the intestine, the process of gossypol nanosuspensions were not affected by P-gp efflux.The pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of GP-NS after intravenous administration to mice was studied. GP-NS resulted in a higher plasma concentration and lower clearance.The tissue distribution study indicated that GP-NS showed a high uptake in reticuloendothelial system organs. In conclusion, the nanosuspensions system is a promising approach for gossypol.

Abstract: Gossypol (GP) is a kind of poorly water-soluble polyphenolic compounds. In this study, freeze dried gossypol nanosuspensions (GP-NS) were prepared by high-pressure homogenization and Freeze-drying technique. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) and D-alpha-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS) were used as stabilizing agents for the nanosuspensions while mannitol were used as lyophilized protecting medium. The physicochemical characteristics of the GP-NS were investigated when it was found that the mean particle size and zeta potential of the GP-NS were 217±23 nm and-21.4±2.7 mV, respectively, and the saturation solubility was 586.48±23.03 μg.mL-1. Differential scanning calorimetry and X-Ray Diffraction indicated that GP was in a crystalline state in nanosuspensions. GP-NS with a small particle size, and high saturation solubility, can be produced by the method described in this study.

Abstract: A facile biomimetic method was developed to enhance the interfacial interaction in polymer-inorganic composites. By mimicking mussel adhesive proteins, a monolayer of polydopamine (PD) was constructed on surface of silica particles through a controllable coating pathway. The modified silica (PD-silica) was incorporated into an epoxy resin. It is found that the strong interfacial interactions brought by the polydopamine benefits the effective interfacial stress transfer, leading to greatly improved flexural properties of epoxy based composites.

Abstract: At present, the pig manure wastewater pollution and adverse effects on the environment are increasingly prominent in China. The conventional treatments are often restricted by many factors which influence the treatment effect. Utilize the piggery wastewater resource to cultivate energy microalgae for biodiesel preparation, not only can reduce the production cost of biodiesel and ease the energy crisis, but can achieve the purpose of wastewater purification. In this paper, the authors used a pig farm’s wastewater to cultivate Chlorella vulgaris. Experiments results show that Chlorella vulgaris has strong stain resistant and impact resistant ability, it can grow advantageously in the swine wastewater environment.

Abstract: In dairy farming simulated wastewater resorcinol as the research object, using hydrogen peroxide treatment method to study the effect of resorcinol, the results showed that: when the initial concentration of hydroquinone 1.0g / L, 1.5g / L, 2.0g / L, 2.5g / L, 3.0g / L, the degradation rate was: 45.95%, 44.72%, 40.86%, 35.37%, 31.23%. Resorcinol degradation rate increases with the decrease of the initial concentration, that is beneficial to the low initial concentration of degradation, but the higher the initial concentration of the degradation rate. When the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 1mL, 1.5mL, 2mL, 2.5mL, when 3mL, the degradation rate was: 60.40%, 63.54%, 68.13%, 75.87%, 80.94%. Studies have shown that ultrasound combined with hydrogen peroxide is a good resorcinol degradation of organic pollutants in new ways.

Abstract: Hydroxyapatite (HA) microspheres was successfully synthesized through biomimetic method using Ca (NO3)2·4H2O and (NH4)3PO4·3H2O as reagents and Rutin as organic substrate. The different concentration of Rutin had effect on the morphology of HA. Pore structure HA microspheres with diameter of 2μm and uniform distribution can be obtained when the concentration of Rutin was 0.01wt%. HA microspheres had smooth surface when the concentration of the template was increased. And the possible formation mechanism of HA was discussed.

Abstract: Standard particle swarm algorithm for function optimization prone to local optimal and premature convergence, and thus the biological chemotaxis principle introduction to particle swarm optimization algorithm, this paper proposed an improved algorithm to maintain the diversity of the populationand the choice of key parameters. Simulation results show that, compared with the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm, an improved particle swarm algorithm for dealing with complex multimodal function optimization problem can be significantly improved algorithm for global optimization.
