Abstract:

In order to improve Performing skills efficiency of female college students and prevent sports injuries, reveals the effects of Pilates exercise on the female college students’ basic sports ability. The experimental results: The results as follows, the characteristics of Female college students’ basic sports ability level shows, the flexibility of their upper limp is good, The stretching ability of lower limb muscles is strong; but their flexibility and dynamic stability of double hips, knees and ankles are bad, the dynamic stability of pelvis, core parts and control ability are bad, and the body flexibility of hip on both sides displays asymmetric characteristics. Experiment results show that: It can improve female college students’ body flexibility and stability level of each link, especially can promote the dynamic stability of the core parts and its control ability of the body, so it is important role for Pilates exercise to improve the basic sports ability of female college students.
