Nature Gas Station Control System Design Based on Automatic Monitoring and Control Theory

Article Preview

Abstract:

Nature gas is an important fuel. How to measure the gas amount precisely and how to utilize the gas properly, how to distribute the gas and how to calculate the fees of the gas are very significant to enhance economical benefits in the gas distributing station. In the designed control system, Computers are used in the measurement of the gas to compensate auto-online computation and calculate the flux of the gas automatically in the standard state .The system is provided with the function of the gas pressure adjustment, the charging and discharging the gas in the gas-globe-jar, the starting and stopping of the compressor, diagnosing the system failure, technical parameter over threshold alarming and the chain-protection of the system. The combination control software are used in the design to collect the data, monitor and control the objects in the system, so it is provided with convenience in operation and maintenance, and dynamical man-computer interface..
