Abstract: Concerning the salient features of components energy consumption model in air conditioning system, this paper proposes a half-online identification algorithm to estimate the parameters of the models. The algorithm monitors the error online. When the error reaches the upper limit, one-time least square estimation is used to identify the parameter and update the model by means of current data within a certain time window. Experimental studies are conducted on a fan energy consumption model, which parameters are varying in real time. The estimation results show that the algorithm can greatly reduce the computational burden and possession of resources, while ensure good estimation performance.

Abstract: In this paper, we used orthogonal experiment method and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology to simulate the thermal environment of the iron and steel workshop. By comparing and analyzing the temperature distribution and air flow of workshops with different window structures, we obtained an optimization of natural ventilation design for industrial workshop. The research results can be used for the structure design or reformation of industrial workshops as reference.

Abstract: Based on the axial-flow fan with adjustable vanes in a power plant of Tangshan, the internal flow with different inlet speeds during the axial-flow fan run were simulated with FLUENT software package. The results showed that if inlet velocity was greater than the critical velocity, the flow was relatively uniform. If inlet velocity was lower than the critical velocity, a vortex caused by tip leakage would decrease fan efficiency and induce surge. The impact increased gradually with increasing of the moving blade angle. The results were consistent with the actual and provided further evidence for high efficient and safe operation of axial-flow fans.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of air-cooled condenser output limit under high temperature in summer, the spray humidification system is adopted here to reduce inlet air temperature. Therefore, experiments are presented to study in different relative humidity. Experiment results show it can decrease the power consumption and increase the refrigerating capacity. Experiment verifies the feasibility of spray humidification system.

Abstract: This study was conducted to understand the design characteristics and configuration techniques applicable to actual architecture design by a daylight control system and identifying the planning elements. First, theories about buildings that use a daylight control system were. Second, the basic characteristics and planning elements of buildings that use a daylight control, Third, the actual application methods were divided into those for roofs and façades, and the design configuration techniques.

Abstract: For the functioning and development of the economy of any country is important to ensure a stable supply of energy resources. Here is very important the efficient use of energy resources. For this widely used energy audits. This article describes the challenges faced by the Belarusian and Russian participants of the energy auditing services market. Special attention is paid to the training and advanced training of specialists in the field of energy efficiency and energy audit.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the concept by green building design on account of "process control" principle which based on the disjoint between architectural design and green building design consultation, as well as the theoretical research focuses on post-assessment way instead of no development in design that currently existed in the green building of our country. By elaboration to the concept of “process control”, it analyzed the key point of the overall process control in green building design. Meanwhile, it raised the solution plans and process control strategies in green building design from the aspects of planning site selection & layout, combination to plane designs & form, facade design & material selection, equipment system selection, material & energy and operation management measures.

Abstract: With the increasing awareness of sustainable development in the Russian construction industry, implementation of an energy rating procedure to assess buildings is becoming more important. The most representative building environment assessment schemes that are in use today are Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). This paper aims to focus on the investigation of energy performance assessment for new buildings including the Russian experience within the BREEAM and LEED schemes. A review of the two schemes with regards to their assessment methods, scopes, performance criteria and energy rating scales are presented. Through this study, an attempt is made to make clear how building energy performance is assessed and therefore awarded with energy credits under the international schemes and to form a good basis for future development of a generic energy assessment framework of Russian Federation.

Abstract: Green buildings are vital to sustainability. In order to make Singapore’s landscape green, the BCA Green Mark is launched to recognize a building’s sustainability performance and evaluate its environmental impact. The author discusses the benefit of green buildings and how Singapore become the leader in this field.

Abstract: The building industry is undergoing a substantial transition period. There are three significant trends that are driving these changes in the industry. These trends are building information modeling (BIM), sustainable design and construction (green), and integrated project delivery system (IPD). They are not only re-shaping the building industry, but also reshaping the construction management and career education. This paper presents the advantages and challenges of green building implementation through integrated project delivery system (IPD). Which was refined based on literature reviews, requests for information from professionals and members of the industry advisory group.
