Abstract: The underground railroad in line with the track, hole construction after the rail top elevation is not easy to adjust, so the construction of the rail top accuracy requirement is very high, therefore in the track before the construction of setting track-laying base.

Abstract: Using three TM images of 1991, 2004 and one OLI image of 2014 as data sources, we extracted dynamic change information of desertification land during 23 years in Wuda district in Inner Mongolia, discussed spatio-temporal evolution processes of desertification land of this area aiming to provide decision-making references for desertification control and eco-environmental restoration and reconstruction. Abundance Maps of sand, vegetation, water and low albedo were derived based on linear spectral mixture analysis (SMA). Owing to the nice correlation between vegetation abundance and vegetation coverage, vegetation abundance was used to extract desertification land types. The results show that, during the past of 23 years, the total desertification area decreased by 114.23 square kilometers, particularly for the extremely severe desertification. The reducing desertification land mostly transformed into non-desertified land, such as water, coal and residential region, due to human intensive development activities.

Abstract: This paper is based on bundle model and indoor precise control field; discussion is made about dealing with known or unknown elements of interior orientation elements. Kinds of combinations of conformation distortion coefficient are proposed in this paper, and the effects upon the accuracy of bundle method are to be discussed. The paper specifies some characteristics about bundle method based on non-metric image, and thus it offers a reasonable basis for operation.

Abstract: According to the time characteristic of the space data in Cadastral Management Information System of cadastral data description, implementation, operation, storage, query, analysis and display. On a regional map as the base map, virtual land registration data as the experimental data. Experiment system to a ground of temporal information query, parcel information recorded, and related functions such as database shows, and complete the cases of dynamic management of the region. Combined with dynamic time attribute, to show different time of spatial location and the change of attribute information. Through the establishment and improvement of experimental system, to display temporal information in the cadastral database highlighted, enrich the content of the cadastral data. It Is advantageous to the space-time evolution simulation of cadastral data, and provide technical support for the management and decision-making

Abstract: Using methods of spatial autocorrelation analysis and trend analysis, the paper studies the spatial distribution pattern of NDVI based on the GIMMS NDVI dataset (1998-2008), in Western Jilin. The maximum value for 15d is got through the method of MAX processing. Results show that: the NDVI in growing season shows a rising trend in western Jilin in 1998-2008. In the study area, the NDVI in Western Jilin shows positive spatial autocorrelation in the whole region, but the partial NDVI is apt to scattered distribution, which means the vegetation cover of Western Jilin is generally fragmental.

Abstract: The paper studies integrated protection methods of pre-Qing architectural heritage area in Liaoning with Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. First of all, pre-Qing architectural heritage in Liaoning is investigated, and the geographic information database is established. Then the composition of pre-Qing architectural heritage area in Liaoning is analyzed, and its value is evaluated. Finally, the traffic system of pre-Qing architectural heritage area in Liaoning is planned in order to facilitate its future protection. This research shows that the application of GIS for the overall protection of pre-Qing architectural heritage area in Liaoning is scientific, reasonable and feasible. Application of GIS technology can expand and innovate the ideas and approaches of traditional heritage protection, and provides a firm data foundation and powerful technical support for a better research and protection of this large scale type of heritage like heritage area.

Abstract: In recent years, many progressive collapse accidents have occurred at home and abroad, due to the progressive collapses of a structure that often disproportion between initial damages and large collapses, these accidents caused significant casualties and serious economic losses. This paper first analyzes the research background and the definition of progressive collapse, then contrasts China with Britain, the United States, Europe and other countries for theory research status, specification research status, engineering and simulation research status, prevention measures of progressive collapse. Compared with other countries I have found that if our country introduced a comprehensive related design specifications, some progressive collapse accidents can be avoided or ease. So there will be plenty of work to be done in our country.

Abstract: During the process of being used, engineering structures will undergo material aging and structural damage with time passing by under the combined influence of internal factors including load, environment and structural material[1], and accumulation of such damages will cause decrease of bearing capacity, durability and reliability. Among various factors influencing the reliability of in-service structures, ultimate bearing capacity plays the decisive role in safety. In this paper, the fourth-order moment of limit state function is inferred through calculation of failure probability of in-service structures, and thus safety and durability of in-service structures can be ensured.

Abstract: Nowadays there are lots of cases in which buildings collapse as a result of fire. As the main infrastructure of a building, column’s losing its shear capacity in the fire is one of the factors that causes the buildings collapse. This essay fouses on the summary of the research results of column shear capacity at high temperature, analysis of the reasons why column shear and wreck in the fire, review of experiments , simulators, and the outlook of its development in the future.
