Abstract: This article applies to space from the perspective of both the value and application of the Partnering management feasibility of the grouting. With the current Background of construction project, we hold that Partnering management mode in grouting works is feasible.

Abstract: In this paper, the concept of quality management is clarified in the first place, and meanwhile, the quality feature of construction project, characteristics, and quality management of construction engineering project are illustrated. The quality management of construction engineering project, namely the comprehensive quality management method is illustrated. Furthermore, the feature, basic thoughts and basic methods of comprehensive quality management are illustrated in detail. Later, the process of quality control for construction engineering project, quality control functions and tasks, system organization of quality control, basis of quality control and monitoring method are explained in detail.

Abstract: The develop policy and management issues of Non-profit Government Investment Project, hereinafter referred to as NGIP, are important parts of Chinese investment management system reform. The study of information asymmetry generated during the management process of NGIP, is becoming more and more popular now. Based on the features of NGIP under information asymmetry, this article firstly analyzes the generation mechanism and the influences of asymmetric information. We then built up a game model towards the supervision process of NGIP. The key factors which influence the subjects most are quantified and compared in this paper. Supervision countermeasures are proposed towards information asymmetry problems, among which the information construction and improved supervision system are emphasized.

Abstract: The study aims to find out similarities or differences of learning strategies used by introvert and extrovert students in the process of learning English language. The survey instrument included a questionnaire and all the participants are engineering students in Changchun University. There are altogether 32 valid questionnaires, including 15 introvert students and 17 extrovert students. The results show that both introvert students and extrovert students of engineering sometimes use the English language learning strategies at medium level. Introvert students use compensation strategies better than extrovert students. Extrovert students use memory strategies, metacognitive strategies and social strategies better than introvert students. Both introvert students and extrovert students equally employ cognitive strategies and affective strategies.

Abstract: The country's economic development not only reflects the increase of the GNP, but also must be accompanied by the development of the industrial structure. Through studying the development status of Chinese industrial structure, I summarize the Chinese first industry continues to decline, but the proportion and structure deviation degree are still on the high side. The second industrial proportion is rising slowly. The proportion of the third industry is small, and the development of internal structure is not perfect etc. So I suggest that we must continue to consolidate the foundation of agriculture. Accelerate adjustment of second industry, and increase investment in scientific and technological R & D. We need to promote the productive service industry, consummate the internal structure of the third industry. The purpose is that provide basis and reference for the formulation of government policy of industry structure adjustment.

Abstract: The highest percentage proportion in the life cycle costs is represented by peripheral constructions. Determination of the optimum variant considered from the viewpoint of the economic effectiveness of real estate development is carried out by analyzing the investment and operating costs of peripheral constructions. The aim of the paper is to determine the relationship between economic efficiency criteria and determine the optimal material variant of building constructions for the specific example.

Abstract: The construction of unique, high-rise and long-span buildings and constructions is a quite difficult complex task. It requires the participation of qualified experts with knowledge of the various branches of science. Specific requirements are to be nominated to regulatory support, security, and quality of materials and works. But especially important place takes the training of highly qualified specialists. The article describes the basic options of education in the field of construction of unique, high-rise and long-span buildings and constructions (on an example of Civil Engineering Institute of St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University).

Abstract: The current environmental education and research are scattered in different disciplines of studies, notably science, engineering, management, economics, politics, and law. This leads to some problems, such as the lack of sufficient understanding of other fields, narrow perspectives towards environmental issues and ill-informed decisions of different branches of the government, and the teaching of one field of the environmental studies based on a false, distorted, or outdated understanding of other fields. Restructuring course curriculum, multi-disciplinary research, and recruitment of college graduates from other fields of study are some of the suggestions.

Abstract: The paper investigates the factors determining outward direct investment (ODI) location choices of Chinese technology-seeking enterprises based on the current international direct technology-seeking investment theory and analysis of the characteristics of Chinese technology-seeking firms. Technical and innovative advantages, research and development (R&D) input, high-technology industrialization, economic freedom, and market size are taken into consideration as independent variables. We use official Chinese ODI panel data collected between 2003 and 2012 to test the hypotheses. Our finding strongly supports for that great deal of patents and large market size in host country attract an influx of ODI by Chinese technology-seeking firms.

Abstract: The equipment manufacturing industry accelerate the pace of development in Shaanxi province in recent years, and industrial scale jumped significantly boosted the regional industry economy. This paper calculated the industrial influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient of the equipment manufacturing industry, and analyzed the current situation and development trend of industry association in equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province based on the table from 1997 to 2007 of Shaanxi province and 2007 input-output table of China. The results show that Shaanxi Province ripple effect equipment manufacturing industry decline, and there is disparities between Shaanxi Province and the national development level in the 27 industrial sectors. Shaanxi Province equipment manufacturing industry level has much room to improve.
