Abstract: With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, logistics market competition is becoming more and more fierce. In the process of providing logistics service, however, the logistics service is various, and logistics service quality is difficult to control, so the evaluation of logistics service quality has become a big problem in the logistics enterprises. Logistics service quality index is the basis of logistics service quality level, and is the foundation of the scientific management of modern logistics. Combined with domestic and foreign literature, this article mainly establish the specific indicators of logistics service quality from the logistics service quality evaluation index analysis and research.

Abstract: This paper presents a potential methodology regarding the safety evaluation of front-line builders that based on whose psychological factors. The methodology is extended by the impact of front-lines builders’ psychological factors on the safety of construction, by researching on the SAS, SDS and self-restraint related factors to investigate the physiology and psychological condition of bridge and tunnel builders in Anhui, China, from which we aim to create a safety model of relatively related factors via the statistics of investigation.

At last, in enterprise manufacturing’ estimation, passing contrast application analysis to explained the advantage of fuzzy linear regression model.

Abstract: In order to ensure the quality of the construction, the government played a very important role in the process of project supervision management. Based on the analysis of the Chinese present construction engineering quality supervisions, managements and controls, this paper gave some optimized measures. By studying the overall objectives, the implementation strategies, the function modules, the plans of implementation of the Quality Supervision Management Information System of Changchun, the conclusion was drawn: the quality supervision management information system could help the government quality supervision department improve the quality of the construction projects and the office efficiency. Further more, the quality management information analysis in the thesis could also be a reference for the architecture engineering quality supervisory organ.

Abstract: The study did an empirical analysis of technological innovation efficiency through a case study of high-tech SMEs of Xi'an High-tech Zone of 1999-2004 by DEA. Empirical analysis shows that it is generally good to technological innovation efficiency of high-tech SMEs of Xi'an High-tech Zone in the case of variable returns to scale. Under the same circumstances scale efficiency, the technology innovation efficiency of aerospace manufacturing is lower, which explained that aerospace industry is mainly affected by scale efficiency. However, Computer and office equipment industry’s pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are slightly related to other industries. Finally, for empirical analysis of high-tech SMEs of Xi'an Hi-tech Zone provid some suggestions.

Abstract: Leading industry is an important economic phenomenon in the economic development, is the different stages of economic growth point for economic development of a country or region, plays a guiding role of the evolution direction of the country or region of the industrial structure and trend, it reflects and determines a country or region economy development level and foreground. In this paper, through the analysis of the connotation and evaluation method of leading industry, established the factor model and evaluation index of industry, with the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, screening out 7 industry leading industries in Shaanxi province.

Abstract: There is a relationship of unity of opposites between the construction and operation period of the project.When the construction period of the project is shorten and the project is put into production in advance, income of operation period will be increased, at the same time, it will cause the increase of construction cost.Combining time-cost optimization with the financial evaluation of the project, from the perspective of the owner, on the basis of considering the capital time-value and the impact of large equipment replacement on the income of operation period, time-cost dynamic optimization model which maximize the project life-cycle net present value and is proved to be necessary and feasible through the case is established.

Abstract: Based on analysis of structure and elements of Jilin existing supervision mode of agriculture products, I use archetypes to identify defects of Jilin agriculture products supervision mode and to find out the reason. The purpose of this paper is to combine the Jilin agricultural product quality supervision mode with the current situation and develop a mode which matches the situation better by adding "three-dimensional risk" in the regulatory mode, finding out the optimal path and proposing solutions.

Abstract: The enterprise’s comprehensive strength of patent is a key factor to measure its core competitiveness. It is of strategic significance for an enterprise to analyze and evaluate objectively its comprehensive strength of patent. On the basis of an amount of domestic and foreign literature survey, case study and expert consultation, according to the 4 aspects of creation, application, protection and management of patent, the essay constitutes preliminarily an overall evaluation index system of the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength which is composed of a set of 16 indexes, and analyzes the evaluation model and method of enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and through a real case. The essay thinks the evaluation in essence is multi-object, multi-factor, multi-layer, fuzzy and comprehensive, and emphasizes it is the most important to determine evaluation index system and to select evaluation method reasonably in order to evaluate the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength systematically, comprehensively, scientifically and effectively, to enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness, and to realize its sustainable development.

Abstract: Real estate development is in its essence the development process characterized by a considerable dynamics. The purpose of the development process is the creation of buildings which can be either rented by future unknown users or sold in the real estate market. A substantial part of the paper is dedicated to the analysis of the parameters solutions of buildings considering the future operating costs in a phase of designing. The above-indicated solutions are the main factor not only in determining the future operating costs but also in achieving the subsequent economic effectiveness of the real estate development.
