Research on Flow Capturing Location of Commercial Complex Based on Double Design Variable Constraint
Abstract: Due to the complicated development process, larger operation difficulty, higher development costs of the commercial real estate, the location selection problem is critical to project success or failure. Based on the location variables and design variables as decision variables, the design variables are expanded as double factors variables, combining the spatial interaction model combined with the greedy algorithm, competitive environment of commercial complex intercepting location model is built. Combined with a practical example, the validity of the model for commercial complex location is verified, the average running time is compared between the heuristic algorithms and the enumeration method, the results show that: commercial complex intercepting location model can quickly and effectively locate the commercial facilities, and provide a theoretical basis for locating commercial complex construction projects.

Abstract: This paper takes gray prediction forecasting model as a tool to forecast the real estate market in Urumqi from development and investment, construction housing area and sale of housing area. The difference between the actual value and the predicted prediction value is small, with high accuracy. Predictive value can be reflected in the coming period of the real estate market situation in Urumqi. From the predicted results, we could know that there is a lot potential in Urumqi real estate market in next few years and investment in real estate the construction housing area, housing area of real estate sale will get a larger annual growth. In general, there will be increasing potential in the development of the real estate market in Urumqi. Meanwhile, Urumqi real estate market will tend to rationally develop under the regulation of government in the next few years.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the introduction of valuation criteria of ecology friendliness, energy efficiency, resource conservation, especially in public procurement, and construction of public facilities into the Russian practice. It focuses on the following three issues: where to obtain the money for the development of "green" energy; how to use the evaluation of life-cycle cost in order to measure the economic effect of investment in green building; which legislative initiatives are required for the development of “the federal contract system” and improvement of environmental literacy.

Abstract: The decision-making indicators of hydropower engineering diversion scenario are always related with diversion risk, and for determining the optimal scenario, correlation analysis and decoupling for indicators is the key problem. Using k-additive fuzzy measure to characterize and decouple the relevance of indicators on the base of the analysis and quantization of indicators, and determining the weights of indicators according to maximum fuzzy measure entropy principle, finally the synthetic appraisal value for diversion scenarios can be calculated with choquet integral to rank and select optimal scenario. The case study shows that the decision-making method is effective for characterizing and decoupling the relevance of the indicators and enhancing the decision-making veracity to provide an effective method for the diversion scenario decision of hydropower engineering.

Abstract: The subject matter of the paper is the benchmarking process, representing a strong tool in the Facility Management aimed at making the performance of a certain process more efficient and thereby providing for reduction of costs in the operating phase of life cycle of buildings. The paper indicates the fundamental character in link to the latest part of the Facility Management standard, representing this process as one of the potential Facility Management tools.
