Abstract: With the expansion and modernization of cities, the intensity and density of urban underground pipelines are dramatically increasing, and the surrounding environment of the underground pipelines is more complex. This paper analyzed the environmental factors of the pipelines, and divided the environmental factors into soil environment, external force and natural disaster. By using the Accident Tree Analysis researched the basic events that cause the underground pipeline accidents, and the results shows that the most important basic events are the human constructions, without protective measures, and the second important basic events are corrosion failure, no timely detection and treatment of the environment risks, such as underground cavity, encroachment. The evolution mechanism of underground pipeline accident was analyzed. According to the analysis results, the soil surrounding the underground pipelines may be evolved into unstable-state under the influence of environmental inducements, finally the underground pipelines may be damaged and the accidents will happen without any protective measures.

Abstract: The article is considering the problem of resource management to support building in a functional condition. It offers the approach of forming infographic model of a building. It examines info graphic model of building’s lifecycle, infographic model of how to evaluate whether building construction process corresponds with project solution as well as infographic model of building lifecycle stages.

Abstract: Traditional topics in systems engineering consider the importance of decomposition, requirements management, functional analysis, and testing. In this publication examination infographics model “information-energy process of activity, IEPA” which may be use of various sorts of activity.

Abstract: Possibility quantitative components and guidance for constructional rearrangement (CR) of buildings attached to their confrontation is a special case of reorganization cycle. The main goal of CR objects is to bring them to the condition meeting the needs of users or requirements of regulatory documentation using the methods of planning and functional transformation.

Abstract: This paper presents an approach of the Czech Republic to methodologies for determination of life cycle costs of building assets. The problems of sustainability are adherent to the issue of determination of life cycle costs. There is an inexhaustible number of costs entering the life cycle, which is one of the motifs for determination of methodologies, presenting approaches for their definition. The objective of this paper is to analyse all of the approaches and methodologies in conditions of the Czech Republic. The paper includes a list of resources dealing with the topic and it is possible to work with them for determination of life cycle costs of building assets.

Abstract: The current CPI fluctuation is one of the hot issues that people are common concerned, the monthly published data is also concerned. Facing the problem reported by CPI, we need to analyze deeply the CPI fluctuation cycle and study the law and characteristics of fluctuation, so as to find out the reason. This article refers to the H-P filtering method, the cycle is divided on the 1978-2011 monthly CPI data, found that since the reform and opening up, the CPI has experienced seven volatility cycles, moreover, the characteristics and causes are different between previous fluctuations, so analyzing characteristics of the previous CPI fluctuation cycle has a very important significance on maintaining the stability of the price level in the future and making the correct macro-control policy.

Abstract: The ancient building group of Jinci gathers different architectures in the dynasty of Song, Jin, Yuan, Ming, Qing , which is deserved to be recognized as the national treasure and living ancient architecture archives including more eras. Based on the location, layout, axis of the building arrangement, this essay expounds the layout features and analyses the ancients’ grasp of axis in Jinci.

Abstract: The sparrow brace has experienced various of changes in shape, crafts, decoration, color during hundreds of years, which changed from a pure mechanical component into a unity of mechanics and aesthetics. The sparrow brace has brought traditional wooden architecture strength and beauty collision, dynamic and static combination and soothing and boosting coordination. The sparrow brace has become a bright pearl in traditional architectural decoration elements when its decorative significance surpassed structural significance in ancient architechture.

Abstract: The past period of history, when engineers create design documents standing at drawing board and armed with a pencil, going farther and farther away from us. Less and less used programs allow you to create only 2D-models. In the leading design companies it's time to BIM - the era of parametric modeling. The article provides a definition of BIM, considered the advantages and disadvantages of BIM, identified the main categories of BIM-technology users.

Abstract: Since the national economics has developed rapidly, construction systems of the commercial complex has gradually been established towards the right track and obtained great achievements. On one hand, the constructions and “achievement projects” are in need of commercial complex innovation, on the other hand, there are always such needs in urban construction activities, resources distributions and the quality of life. In the essay, the author analyses how to make a good design with the development of some aspects: design conception, general structure and functional layout. It means to present some references for the commercial complex designs in the future.
