Abstract: Fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, is mainly rely on experience to determine the membership function for data processing. The water supply network security evaluation system is established based on network historical statistical data. A reasonable evaluation of urban water supply network in shanxi has been carried in the application of AHP to determine the factor weight of fuzzy mathematics.

Abstract: Under the existing technical and financial conditions, we can not do real-time monitoring of the water supply network in each point. The hydraulic model establishment has created favorable conditions for simulating pipe network hydraulic model.According to the information from pressure monitoring point of water supply pipe network , we can use batch adjustment principle to analyze the calculated variables’ value. With limited resources to simulate real-time network status, build pipe water conservancy network model and simulate network real-time operating conditions. Hydraulic model provides the basis for the water supply network security evaluation, scheduling scheme, pumps and piping renewal.

Abstract: The risk of flooding in urban environment has become more and more frequent due to the increased impervious surfaces and climate change. The most suitable solutions for mitigating the urban flooding risks are stormwater detention tanks which temporarily store the exceeded rainfall and gradually release it into the urban drainage system at the end of the rainfall events. The present study aims to evaluate the feasibility of stormwater detention tanks used also for producing hydroelectric power serving a small town, through the release of such volumes. The study is applied to an urban watershed in the city of Cosenza, Italy. After a preliminary design, a hydrologic/hydraulic model, SWMM, coupled with a numerical model implemented in MATLAB was used to predict the stormwater volumes reusable for the production of electricity and the overall response of the system on annual basis. The results obtained showed that a mini-hydro system in an urban area is technically feasible. From an economic point of view, the system is self-sustainable only if one considers the need to integrate the urban drainage network with the electric power grid using the stormwater volumes to store energy in hours of maximum electric energy production that otherwise would be lost.

Abstract: Groundwater quality is affected by agricultural irrigation easily. Northern suburb of Yinchuan is a part of Yellow River irrigation area. Shallow buried depth of groundwater and sandy aeration bring about high vulnerability which is adverse to prevent pollution. As source of drinking water, the quality of groundwater needs to be assessed eagerly. The analysis indicated primary pollution comes from agriculture activities. Pollution loss ratio was adopted to determine the level of pollution. The results show that pollution caused by high salinity is more prominent than nitrogen pollution. The pollution is considerable and a few pieces of advice were proposed in order to improve groundwater quality.

Effectiveness of the Automation Selection of Water Treatment Technology in a Particular Water Source
Abstract: This paper propose the realization of the automated control system for the selection of the optimal water treatment system. This selection is determined by the level of background and man-made pollutants and based on the set of classifiers. All these aspects uniquely define the equipment composition and processing chain of the water treatment construction.

Abstract: According to the characteristic of mixing and flocculation of water plant, the calculation formula of the simulation rotational speed of agitator was proposed for the coagulation-flocculation jar test of optimum dosage, which was based on the basic principle that the velocity gradient of production is equal to that of experiment. Obtained the calculation formula for related parameters about coagulation agitator through the determination of the actual production velocity gradient and combined with the coagulation jar test data in laboratory, such as the power consumption of the paddle boards; the proportional coefficient of coagulation agitator and the agitation speed etc. The result shows that the experiment simulation according with the effect of practical produce of water plant can provide the reliable optimum dosage of coagulant for the practical production. This research has a great signality to waste-water treatment, Results not only have great economic benefit, but also can achieve a certain ecological benefit, accorded with the demand of developing low carbon environmental protection.

Abstract: Heavy metal stored in the sediment of shaollow lake will be released into water bodies when sediment resuspension occurs, causing secondary pollution. This study was conducted to probe the distribution and transportation of Zn, Cu, Cr, Pb among overlying water, pore water, SS and vegetation in 30d using three annular flumes. Iris pseudacorus L was planted in two flumes at the wind speed of 8.7m/s,6.5m/s respectively. Another flume was designed as a control at the wind of 8.7m/s under the condition of no plants. The results reavaled Iris pseudacorus L had strong enrichment on heavy metals. Total heavy metal (Zn、Cu、Cr、Pb) concentrations in sediment slightly decreased. The diffusion of metals in pore water showed greatly downward and the concentration in SS decreased with fluctuation with the increasing contents of dissolved metals in overlying water. Correspondingly, plants also appeared a gradual upward trend. The results of the study may work as a foundation for the phytoremediation of heavy metal pollution in shallow lake.

Abstract: Carotenoids, the naturally occurring isoprenoids form essential components of photosynthetic antenna and reaction centre complexes. Thus they play a significant role in absorption, dissipation and transfer of light energy for the process of photosynthesis. The expression of salt stress on carotenoid gene in watermelon leaves were studied. For that watermelon plants were subjected to different concentration of salt water. Morphological characters such as plant height, no. of fruits per plant, chlorophyll content and expression of four major carotenoid pathway genes such as phytoene synthase(PSY), phytoene desaturase(PDS), zeta carotene desaturase(ZDS) and lycopene beta cyclase(LCY-β) were analysed. The quantitative expression analysis using real time PCR has shown a decrease in the expression of all the studied genes as the salt concentration increased. Among the different concentrations of NaCl used for the experiment, it was seen that 200 mM was most detrimental for the carotenoid gene expression.Lycopene beta cyclase, the enzyme that converts lycopene to beta carotene was seen to be highly affected compared to other genes studied showing a 1.87 fold inhibition in its expression at 200 mM NaCl.

Abstract: T. asperellum has been turned out was an important biocontrol fungus and can antagonize many plant pathogenic fungi through a variety of biocontrol mechanisms. The antibiosis was considered one of important mechanisms. The antibiosis of T. asperellum resistance plant pathogenic fungi was examined in this paper. The antibiotic biosynthetic gene polyketide synthase gene pksT1 can be induced by pathogens. Moreover, the growth of the plant pathogens was inhibited by T. asperellum secondary metabolites. The yield of antibiotic 6-PP was 1.32 mg 6-PP/g mycelial dry weight. T. asperellum control plant pathogens through producing antifungal metabolites.
