Abstract: Regularities and procedure of suppression of oil flame through a gas-salt layer of water are determined as a result of laboratory experiments. Conclusion about defining role of surface activity of foam concentrates in guaranteeing of reliable flame suppression by foam in process of its supplying into the bottom of tank through a gas-salt layer of water is drawn. Time of oil product suppression, which includes the time of saturation of a gas-salt layer of water by surface-active substances and the time of burning elimination, is defined. It is revealed that foam rising through a gas-salt layer of water in an initial time point loses the part of active substances (mainly hydrocarbon component) and partially destructs. Influence of hardness salts on a superficial tension of foam concentrates solutions is shown.

Abstract: This article develops a flow model of high altitude traffic in the National Airspace System using an Eulerian description of the network with hyperbolic partial differential equations. Existence and uniqueness (well-posedness) of a solution to the system of partial differential equations on a network is established. Subsequently, an optimal control problem is studied with the junction coefficients as control variables. We use a fully discretised adjoint approach and we implement it on a network with 16 links and 5 junctions created from the enroute high altitude jetways between the Oakland and Salt Lake City air traffic control centers. The aircraft flows on the final link of the network with and without control are compared and the results demonstrate the efficiency of the method developed in the article.

Abstract: In order to cope with global climate change and the increasing pressure of energy saving and emissions reduction, this study chooses highway freight transport which is the crucial part of carbon emissions in transportation section as the research object. After analyzing the resent researches and applications of carbon footprint drawing methods in domestic and foreign countries, this study draws the drawing boundary and builds the drawing method of carbon footprint for highway freight enterprises, according to the characteristics of them. Then this study analyses the effects of routing selection as a transportation organization strategy from the view of carbon footprint by using the actual operation data and energy consumption data from a highway freight enterprise.

Abstract: As a hotspot in Econometrics, Panel Data can control the behavior of the individual difference better , and it can also provide more information, more variability, less multicollinearity, higher degree of freedom and more efficient. This paper takes Fuxin, Fushun, Jiaozuo, Zaozhuang, Liaoyuan five resource logistics industrial cluster data, constructs a panel data model, and analyzes the interaction of resources of logistics industry cluster and regional economy and logistics industry.

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the traffic flow optimization of flight route and the problem of ground delay program. the author introduces the concept, procedure, method and the meaning of air traffic flow management. The author utilizes Eulerian method to build the model of air traffic networks, and solves the problem with adjoint method, then uses it to optimize the flow of the route, The author also builds the model of ground delay program with fair factor, and solves it with particle swarm optimization method. The author also uses the real data to prove the feasibility of the above two methods. Also, the author designs the original system of air traffic flow management, and gives the flow of operation and the output of interface. In the end, the author summarizes the study meaning of the paper and puts forward the opinion of the research of future air traffic flow management.

Abstract: As the operations of airspace is becoming more and more complex, the restricted area has become one of the most important threat to flight safety. In order to avoid the conflict between aircraft and restricted area and ensure the route’s distance optimal, an efficient and safe flight plan is determined by route planning.

Abstract: With the rapid development of online shopping in China, China’s logistics industry has been developing rapidly. However, different kinds of problems have appeared during the process of the rapid development of the logistics industry. This paper aims to find solutions to the problems. The significance of solving the last one hundred meters issue of express delivery industry has been pointed out in this paper. Based on the research results of both in China and abroad, the author proposed five models for solving the problems in different occasions, namely, third-party companies model, self-service supermarkets model, logistics box model, intelligence community model and commissioned model, etc.

Abstract: Since Creative Economy has already revealed its importance for the first time after Agricultural Economy, Industrial Economy and Service Economy, creative distribution deriving from Creative Economy has also stepped into public arena. Through the way of equal emphasis on technology and management, this paper studying into the main features of creative distribution modes of terminal logistics, such as information network, individual space and technological standard and so on, analyzes main constituent elements far and elaborately designs personalized service space, network interactive platform and standardized operation modes of creative distribution mode.

Abstract: The phenomenon of free warehousing service offered by integrated transportation and warehousing company is concerned. The mechanics is studied based on the theory of the resource integration and the contract design. The result shows that the transportation company willing to pay the warehouse a certain lump sum on the contract designed. It is shown that the effective contract design is a significant managerial tool to improve cooperative behavior of supply chain.

Abstract: The planning of air cargo logistics is a complex endeavor that involves the collaboration of multiple logistics agents to deliver shipments in a timely, safe, and economic manner. Airfreight forwarders coordinate and manage shipments for their clients, and with the development of Internet logistics platforms, airfreight forwarders can now trade jobs and resources with other participants effectively. The incorporation of trading alternatives significantly complicates the shipment planning process. This study proposes a dynamic decision framework for air cargo shipment planning, within the dynamic environment of bidding and trading. The framework has three phases: estimation, trading, and execution.
