Abstract: In recent years, both the city scale and economic level grow rapidly in China. Urbanization and motorization bring heavy pressure on the land, energy, transport and the environment. Thinking and exploring more rational traffic patterns to resolve the adverse effect on urbanization and motorization is an essential way to achieve sustainable development of urban transportation. As a kind of public transport, the effective convergence between bicycle and urban rail transit would help our transportation mode transfer from ‘sites – sites’ toward ‘door – door’ so as to establish an efficient system of transport links and ease traffic pressure. This article is about the analysis and evaluation of feasibility and connectivity features of bike-and-ride at urban rail transit station of Huizhou city in PR China. And then provides valuable references for decision-making of related departments.

Abstract: This paper focuses on an improved Breakpoint Model to calculate the attracting scope of the logistics park. Firstly, this paper used the Z-score standardized method, principal component analysis method and urban comprehensive strength evaluation method to calculate the comprehensive strength of economic central cities. Secondly, it employed the gravity model and the improved breakpoint model to define the attracting scope of the logistics park. Finally, combined with the actual situation and assisted by qualitative analysis, it took the logistics park of Zhenhai Port in Ningbo as an example, and used the above quantitative calculation to define the logistics park attracting scope.

Abstract: This paper gives an analysis of related issues of emergency backup allocation of grid metering resources among provinces or cities in China, from the horizon of dynamic logistics alliance. First of all, on the basis of the background factors introduction, this article defines important connotation of grid metering resources and dynamic logistics alliance. Secondly, this article elaborates the structural function system of emergency backup allocation of grid metering resources among provinces or cities. After those above, this article analyzes the build paths of the structural function system.

Abstract: Based on the provincial panel data of Chinese 29 provinces of auto industry from 1993 to 2007, I studied the cause of factor intensity change of auto industry. I find that the relative price between capital and labor cannot affect factor intensity significantly; in different stages, the increase of per capita GDP and the decrease of percent of state-owned property will lead to industry capital labor ratio to rise; the increase of industrial concentration can promote capital labor ratio; the technical progress of Chinese auto industry is labor-saving, which can raise the capital labor ratio.

Abstract: According to the technical support need of Internet of things, multi-source information fusion technology makes a contribution to saving network resources, getting accurate information, and improving the efficiency of information transmission in the Internet of things. In this paper, we firstly put forward the hierarchical structure of the Internet of things, and then we discuss information fusion technology from two aspects: information transmission process combined with routing, and analysis of information fusion technology. We give an overview of various algorithms in each category by summarizing design approach, benefits, and drawbacks. And finally, we list the future development of information fusion.

Abstract: Based on the theory of green supply chain, this paper constructed a two-layer and three-dimension green logistics concept model by the analysis of green logistics’ composition of the manufacturing industry, discussed the influence of technology environment on the green logistics system, and explored the implementation methods of green warehousing, sorting, packing and green handling for industry distribution center.

Abstract: Urban traffic expert developed many methods to judge the performance of urban road to provide driving instruction to both drivers and the local authority. In Beijing, the traffic performance index is widely used by people every day. In order to store the traffic performance index data which is continually changed to local database, our team has tried many different ways to achieve it because we want to do deep analyze of it. By using VBA programming we successfully build a data extract system to store data. We use two different ways to process the data from the system based on data missing type. At last, the data is ready for further study to find the traffic pattern of urban area.

Abstract: MSW collection and transportation system is a complex process. In this study, taking Dalian as an example, an intelligent monitoring platform for the entire process of MSW collection and transportation was established which integrated radio frequency identification technology (RFID), global positioning system (GPS), mobile data services GSM/GPRS and geographic information systems (GIS). Systematic analysis of intelligent monitoring on MSW separation pilot indicated that the intelligent monitoring could realize the informatization of MSW collection and transportation, solving the current problem of lower efficiency and poor management of collection and transportation system.

Abstract: These paper investigated the relationship between economics development and energy demands based on Energy Kuznets Curve (EFC) in China. The results show that, the prospects of economics and energy demand in China in further will undergo three important stages to 2050.The peak of energy demand maybe around 2035 and the corresponding total energy demand maybe amount 5.7 billion tce. In 2035, the GDP per capital maybe about 17000 (2005 US$) and the urbanization will reach a relative high level. It is urgent for China to take actions to curb the increasing total energy consumption.

Abstract: This paper combines energy consumption, carbon emission and financial risk assessment of iron and steel enterprises in China for studying. The financial risk of iron and steel enterprises is classified into five main risks: 1) profit risk, 2) insolvency risk, 3) operational risk, 4) development risk and 5) the risk of carbon emission. The 32 iron and steel listed companies of China are examined to test the applicability of the risk assessment system. The results show that the system can better reveal the situation of financial risk and guard against the financial risk of iron and steel enterprises.
