Abstract: For the particularity of rock and gas outburst in layered composite rock mass, taking the large outburst accident of the 21st down slope at +0 horizon in Zhengzhou Daping coal mine for example, we study the dynamic response characteristics of layered system and the whole process of rock and gas outburst under explosion load based on secondary development of ABAQUS user subroutine, and then innovatively put forward the new pattern “structural surface damage reinforcement” and “ribbon outburst of rock and gas”. The results are well consistent with 10.20 accident, which indicate the coupling relationship between rock damage and gas outburst under complicated geological conditions: (1) The weak structural surface damages dramatically and easy to form high pressure and high gradient of gas enrichment zone near the tunnel face under conditions of gas damaging erosion and blasting vibration; (2) The gas will break through the rock impedance and flow rapidly which result in rock burst once high pressure gas along structural face breakdown the safe rock pillar between fault and tunnel face.

Abstract: In this paper, through the analysis of the Bohai seabed pipeline’s leaking characteristics in delivering, temporal and spatial distribution model of seabed pipeline spilt oil’s floating is built. The model is combined with the Bohai Sea’s hydrodynamic characteristics and the water’s condition, and assumes that spilt oil is a unit of particle. With this model, spilt oil’s floating trajectory and its characteristics can be simulated after a seabed pipeline oil spill. The time spilt oil floats to the surface and the trajectory distribution can also be calculated.

Abstract: The fly ash at the exit of inlet and outlet of No.2 ESP and outlet of No.2 FGD in San-he Power Plant were sampled. The microstructure, elemental composition, particle size distribution and other physicochemical properties of the collected ash samples were tested and analyzed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Mastersizer2000 laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that, ESP outlet fly ash particle size distribution curve was significantly moved to the left, the proportion of the fine ash at the outlet was significantly increased compared with that of at the inlet, the morphology and composition of ash at the outlet of ESP, FGD was significantly changed compared to the ash at the inlet of ESP, indicating that air pollution control equipment (APCDs) have a great impact on physicochemical properties and the fate of fly ash.

Abstract: This paper introduces the method of Projection Pursuit the idea, principle, modeling steps and application of the model in water quality evaluation of Dehuixin river. Use the Real-code Accelerating Genetic Algorithm to optimize the problem and then comparing the result with other results of Pollution Index Method and Fuzzy Evaluation Method. It shows that the method of Projection Pursuit can better evaluate the water quality, its result has higher objectivity and authenticity through the calculation, analysis and comparation.

Abstract: The performance of acid rain at Nanchang, China was studied in this paper. According to the monitoring data of rain from 2003 to 2012, the time characteristics and causes of the acid rain were analyzed, and the changing trends of the concentration in10 years were described by using Correlation analysis. The result shows that Nanchang air pollutants have the characteristics of obvious inter-annual variability, Rose and diurnal variation.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the raw coal mining and transportational process to get the cause of raw coal of poor quality and more impurity. And, this paper research on raw coal processing technology of efficient and circulation, from coal preparation technique, slurry drying technology and efficient warehousing system. Finally, raw coal is exploited and transported on condition of efficient and environment protection to realize green and circulating production.

Abstract: Based on the finite element software ABAQUS, this paper deals with numerical simulation to dynamic response of reinforced concrete wall under blast loading. Study shows that the explosion resistance performance of the wall with four edges fixed or with two opposite edges fixed are better than that of the wall one edge fixed and another opposite edge simply supported. The greater the explosion impulse, the bigger the maximum displacement of the wall. When reinforcement ratio of the wall increases, the explosion resistance performance of the wall will be improved. Abstract: The method of calculating K-joint’s ultimate strength given by “Code for design of steel structures” GB 50017-2003 requires that, the angle θ between K-joint’s chord and brace is no less than 30°. While, due to the request of electric gap or transmission line corridor, the angle of steel tubular tower’ K-joint in power transmission line have to be designed less than 30° sometimes. In order to solve the engineer problem, rib stiffener were usually added to K-joint structure. 3 kinds of new rib stiffener to directly-welded K-joint of steel tubular tower were designed, and numerical simulation was made to study the structures’ performance under load and ultimate bearing capacity. With new-designed rib stiffener, K-joint’s stress distribution in weld jointing area, where usually bear stress badly, is improved obviously. Stress concentration is eliminated, and maximum stress is lowered. It is suggested that, in the case of exceeding code’s suggest range, k-joint structure must be reinforced to increase intensity, and the 3 format of rib stiffeners can improve the structure’s stress distribution and ensure the security of the structure.

Abstract: Data about regularities of influence of filler, based on the calcium hydrosilicate, on properties of limy dry construction mixes and coverings in their basis are given. Higher water resistance of limy coverings with application of containing silicate filler is established.The conducted researches established efficiency of application in a compounding of limy dry construction mixes (DCM) the nanostructuring additives based on aluminosilicates [1, 2]. For regulation of structure and properties of limy dry construction mixes (DCM), intended for restoration of historical building, and also finishing of again constructed facilities, we offered to enter into their compounding an additive based on the synthesized hydrosilicates (HSC) [3, 4].Hydrosilicates of calcium (HSC) are received by synthesis from liquid sodium glass in the presence of calcium chloride CaCl2 with the subsequent drying of sediment at a temperature 105-300°C and its crushing. Studying of material composition of the filler, made by methods of the X-ray phase analysis (RFA) and infrared (IK) spectroscopy, and also structure on the electronic scanning microscope of PhenomTM G2 pro showed the existence in synthesizable material the calcium silicates of various basicity.The conducted researches show that the filler based on HSC possesses hydraulic activity. The activity of filler, defined according to a technique [5], makes 195-250 mg/g depending on the synthesis mode.At developing of compounding of DCM the modifying additives: softeners, redispersion powders were applied. As the plasticizing additives the Kratasol, Hidetal P-4, S-3, SP-3, MelmentR F15G and MelfluxR 1641F were entered into a compounding. Additives of “Kratasol” series represent salts of naphthalenesulfoacids with the high maintenance of high-molecular fractions, an additive Hidetal of P-4 – hyper softener based on polikarboxylate.

Abstract: The queuing problem of car condition diagnosis is belonged to a kind of queue theory. For solving the unreasonable issue of service window configuration while the customer flow is changing with time goes on. Author proposes the dynamic service window configuration algorithm (DSWCA) based on the varying customer flow. Making full use of service windows based on the classification of customer and some reserved windows. The simulation result shows that this algorithm can increase service time and effective throughout, besides the system cost is decreased as well.
