Abstract: In order todetermine the optimum Managed Bus Lane (MBL) strategies under different traffic conditions, it is essential tocompare the before-after traffic performanceswhen a MBL strategyis produced. Microscopictraffic simulation is often used to evaluate the effects of operation strategies on traffic performances. In addition to the commonly used bus lane strategies, the dedicated bus lane (DBL),intermittent bus lane (IBL) strategies were also studied byVISSIM in this study. Delay and time occupancy wereadopted as evaluation indexes in the evaluation. The analysis results showed that traffic condition has a great influence on the traffic performances for different managed bus lane strategies.Specifically, volumeplays a higher influence on the bus lane performance as compared tobus ratio. It is also shown that the DBL has the advantage of free buses from traffic interference but has the disadvantage of disrupting traffic. IBL strategies also can improve bus service and maintaingood car service. In addition, it is found that when both volume and bus ratio arelow, there is no need to implementany bus lane strategy;if the bus ratio is at a medium level, intermittent bus lanes-near intersection(IBL-NI) strategy is preferred; when the volume is high, intermittent bus lane-basic road segment(IBL-BRS) performsbetter. The results indicate that different MBL strategies should be consideredbased ontraffic conditions.This studycan provide some valuable information for traffic managers to address traffic congestion fromaperspective of transit priority.

Abstract: The seismic vulnerability of water supply network system refers to the network after the quake affected degree of each node. Based on mutation progression method, water supply pipe network seismic vulnerability is analyzed. Position in network topology and node service features as factors, which influences the network vulnerability assessment indexes is determined. The vulnerability level of the network could then be evaluated using qualitative and quantitative methods. This approach is validated to be effective and appropriate through an application to a post earthquake analysis of a water supply network system.

Abstract: In the current process of urbanization in our country, more than 1,000,000 waste containers are abandoned every year. The recycling or reuse rate of waste container is low, and relevant research is insufficient, resulting in the waste of resources and energy, as well as environmental pollution, which does not comply with the principle of sustainable development. Use of waste or old containers by converting them into housing, temporary sites or mobile facilities and other projects is feasible. The reuse of abandoned building materials not only can save energy and solve practical problems, but also can develop a new model of container construction techniques. It is of great significance.

Abstract: In order to study the development characteristics of low permeability gas reservoirs, long cores sampled from natural outcrop are selected to carry out depletion development experiments by using two development modes, namely constant production and constant pressure development modes. The results show: when the average flow rate is equal to bottomhole pressure,constant production development mode is adopted, reservoir pressure drops evenly and gas produces stably. Therefore, its requirements for gas production equipment are relatively low, although its recovery percent is 2% lower than that when constant pressure development mode is adopted. Moreover, when constant production development mode is adopted, the higher the flow rate, the shorter the stable production period and lower the recovery percent. The fitted experimental data shows that the gas well may get reasonable production which is stability and high efficiency when produced in 20%~30% of AFO.

A Peg-Top Oriented Thermal Conductive Structure of Asphalt Pavement for Improving Urban Microclimate
Abstract: In order to reduce the road surface temperature and improve the efficiency of heatconduction within the pavement, a peg-top oriented heat conduction structure(POCS) was designed. Meanwhile, two indexes, the peak temperature at the roadsurface and accumulated solar radiation absorption, of the structure werecompared with those of the contrast structure. Results showed that the peaktemperature at the road surface was reduced by 4.4°C, and the accumulated solarradiation absorption was increased by 11.3%. These suggest that the POCS canrelease less heat to atmosphere and absorb more solar radiation, and isexpected to be applied to urban roads to mitigate the urban heat island effect

Abstract: CO2 heat pump is a new type refrigeration equipment of energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency, it is the basic direction of future sustainable development in HVAC. But it runs in winter, because of the influence of the external environment will be the formation of frost on the evaporator surface, thereby reducing the heat capacity of heat pump units, even in normal operation. Combined with the practical application of CO2 heat pump, the design of a PLC based intelligent defrosting system; this system is a good solution to the CO2 heat pump, low temperature and high humidity environment of the defrosting problem.

Abstract: The desired sampleswhich formed by the arc grounding fault in single- phase circuit of thisarticle were obtained through the simulating test. The results indicated thatthe multi-layer structure of the melted marks on copper conductors could beobserved through the metallographic analysis while the arc grounding fault in single-phasecircuit happened, which was the most significant characteristic betweenthe arc grounding fault and the short circuit fault. What's more, there were individualfeathers on the iron earthed object through its own metallographic analysis.The outcomes are intended to provide the significative references for those whoare dedicating themselves to investigating the fire scenes and identifying thephysical evidence.

On the basis of the calculating results, the paper tries to analyze and evaluate the mechanical field of fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger so as to present references for the reliable design on the intension of mechanical equipments.
