Abstract: This paper proposes a novel algorithm used in extraction of lip feature extraction for to improved efficiency and robustness of lip-reading system. First, Lip Gray Energy Image (LGEI) is used to smooth noise, and improve noise resistance of the system. Second, Discrete Wavelet Analysis (DWT) is used to extract salient visual speech information from lip by decorrelating spectral information. Last, lip features are obtained by downsampling data from second step, the resample can effectively reduce the amount of computation. Experimental results show the performance of this method is exceedingly discriminative, accurate and computation efficient, the precision rate can rate 96%.

Abstract: RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) has been playing an important role in the construction and development of Internet of things, for its status as the base and heart of Internet of things, and it also contains a huge market. But at present the judgment criteria and core products in the field of RFID are all tied down by other countries, those companies in our country who need to use RFID not only have to pay for an immense amount of patent royalties, but also have to be ready for the Information security risks at any time. In order to achieve the independent innovation of RFID and meet the RFID system developing demand in our country, there are some needs to do something to solve the problems related to key technology in RFID system, then to win ourselves the proprietary intellectual property rights and the standards system for radio frequency identification of our own.

Abstract: The ship-borne satellite earth station was studied to establish a hardware-in-loop simulation system for employee training. Preliminary demand analysis for staff of all levels shows the complexity of this system. Based on the distributed simulation theory of HLA, system framework and implementation approach was proposed. Key technologies for modeling and simulation of ship-borne satellite earth station were discussed in this article. Subsequently the block diagrams of device simulator and simulation agent were clearly described. Finally the specific steps of operation were created to show the details of actual running process, which prove the feasibility of this system.

Abstract: The basic concept of digital audio watermarking technology prompt digital audio watermarking techniques as evidence of legal products used for protection of intellectual property rights. Robustness and perceptual, detectable, embedded data volume index, to extract the watermark does not need the raw data is the basic requirement of digital audio watermarking technology. The concept of information hiding, the multiple meanings of the two aspects of a narrow sense and a broad understanding. Digital audio watermarking has strict process and the basic model, is used in the protection of intellectual property rights, and other fields.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development,3D virtual reality technology has been applied more and more widely. In order to display the virtual scene better and make user an immersed body experience, 3D rendering engine plays a key role in this field. Unity 3d is a professional gaming rendering engine with strong compatibility and comprehensive integration. In this paper, we focus on the Unity 3D rendering engine, and describe the basic workflow of virtual roaming. We discuss the key technology to realize outdoor roaming through Unity 3D and optimization.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the variable selection problem for the parametric components of semiparametric regression models with endogenous variables. Based on the penalized empirical likelihood technology and the bias adjustment method, we propose a penalized empirical likelihood based variable selection procedure. Simulation studies show that the proposed variable selection procedure is workable, and the resulting estimator is consistent.

Abstract: Manageable confidence machine learning is one of the important approaches to implement confidence machine application. This paper is based on two class confidence classifier, adopting two class classifier as tool to convert learning results of classifiers and achieve confidence management through setting threshold values. The research accomplished manageable general accuracy of the classification and manageable positive/negative classification accuracy. Such method is tested in 5 experimental data sets of cardiopathy and diabetes, achieved preferable research result.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology and electronic technology, the future will be a large number of the use of automation equipment instead of manual operation, to meet the complex control, high precision, multi axis motion control card applied in NC system will become more and more widely. This paper studies three axis dispensing machine positioning control system based on machine vision, not only uses CCD camera to clear description sheet dispensing area real time scanning, using the smoothing operation and the value of the two methods for the acquisition of image preprocessing, and the use of image morphological operation extraction dispensing location coordinates, to solve the traditional dispensing mode of open loop low control accuracy, low efficiency and poor stability problem. Experimental results show that this system is tested and used are able to meet the requirements, in the long time repetition work greatly reduce the use of artificial also can greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality are improved.
