Abstract: In order to adapt to the development trend in current vocational education, we developed a multi-functional hydraulic test bench for mechatronics teaching practice. The component structure and functional features of the test bench was introduced in this paper and the application to vocational education was proved to be effective. Practice shows that the bench not only provides students with good experimental conditions close to the actual production and inspires learning enthusiasm and innovation consciousness of the students, but also provides teachers with a platform for scientific research, improves the utilization value of equipment.

Abstract: With the gradual rise inthe proportion of the aging population, the world has entered the agingsociety. Thus, the assessments of service to care receivers and home sleepquality have attracted more emphasis and attention of the medical sector. Theactuation principle is to apply a load on the upper sensor film, which touchesan external electronic control device to form the micro-current conduction.Thus the movement information of care receivers getting into or out of bed areprovided, and then through the device itself or emergency call device of thenursing station, warnings to the care receiver and other functions are given.This research aimed to understand the relationships of positive load, andrepeated load of the sensor pad to resistance; and at the last course of theexperiment, SEM and AFM were used to observe the change of oil ink organizationon the surface of the sensor film before and after the experiment as anamendment parameter for subsequent designs of the sensor pad. Future researchdirections for the flexible pressure sensor pad can be aimed at detecting bodypressure distribution, assessment of sleep quality, and so on.

Abstract: Thisresearch pertains to an innovative design for an intelligent percussion device, which solves the problem of the lack of control overthe strength of the percussion force and the tapping frequency. A TRIZ methodis used in this research. Improving and worsening the parameters of thecontradiction matrix aid in finding available inventive principles andimplementing a systematic innovative design. The pressure sensor of theintelligent percussion device detects the force and the frequency, and adisplay device shows data on the force and frequency. A comparison database anda warning device achieve the function of remedy, so the percussion effect canbe promoted, resulting in a superior percussion-auxiliary device. The presentinvention is safe, accurate and convenient and can be applied to patients inhospital or to home care patients with sputum retention in the lungs andstudents who are learning the percussion skill, so the market demand is quitelarge.

Abstract: Expounds the independent design automatic glue machine, separately introduces the two parts of the design of servo dispensing machine in detail,which is the upper machine and the lower machine.its characteristic is set motion control and dispensing control at an organic whole,solved the four shaft synergy control,real-time,coordinate display time-sharing reuse the technical difficulties. Abstract: Whentesting the flatness of plate iron, if there is no disturbance in the spotdetection, the traditional centroid method and circle fitting method can bewell applied to extract the point laser spot center. However, the disturbanceof droplets, dusts, oil droplet and other factors are unavoidably in thepractical projects, and then the detection precision will falls sharply. In orderto solve the problem, the recursive and step-by-step method of extracting pointlaser spot center is proposed. There are two steps in this method.The thresholdcentroid method is used as the first step to extract the spots which containthe black blocks. The second step is to construct the template whose center hasa black block, then extract the black block center by running phase correlationalgorithm and the center is just the center of the point laser spot. Theresults of experiments verify that the precision of the spot center coordinateextracted by the proposed method is obviously higher than that extracted by thecentroid method and the circle fitting method with the disturbance of droplets.

Abstract: One SUV frame in the report was analyzed(FEA)with FE software HyperMesh,modal calculated with Nastran,and then we analyzed the results with HyperView. Fortunately,we obtained five natural frequencies which show that the natural frequencies of the frame above the road surface exciting frequency,where would be no resonance occur. As a result we can image the later improved design of frame structure could provide a theoretical basis.
