Abstract: The number of vehicles using the rapid development of today, in order to better monitor the vehicle and road traffic, must find the data they need from the vast amounts of data, thus providing a good way to find the target from the mass of data is very important. This paper presents a method and a method using mapreduce to verify the design is correct.

Abstract: In the past, doctors judged images based on their own medical knowledge. Nowadays, the digital image processing technology can alleviate the burden of judging a large amount of multispectral information and lead to more effective diagnosis of the pathological tissues. In this paper, we propose a new approach of seeded region growing based on extension (SRGBE) to classify tissues from brain MRI. Based on extension, we tried to strengthen the regional definition. First, we use seeded region growing (SRG) to segment brain images. Second, the SRGBE result is further classified by K-means. Finally, we compare the images of gray matter, white matter and cerebral spinal fluid produced by both approaches to demonstrate the performance of SRGBE.

Abstract: It is shown that there exists a frame wavelet with fast decay in the time domain and compact support in the frequency domain generating a wavelet system whose canonical dual frame cannot be generated by an arbitrary number of generators. We show that there exist wavelet frame generated by two functions which have good dual wavelet frames, but for which the canonical dual wavelet frame does not consist of wavelets, according to scaling functions.

Abstract: In the era of wireless communication, WiFi becomes an indispensable accessory to most of us. People use WIFI to interact with the wireless Internet, perform commercial and financial transactions, or conducting recreational activities, etc.Though it offers a more convenient life to people, the strong Electromagnetic waves(EMW) resulted from it endangers human health, that has already turned out to be the primary study for medical science. Furthermore, EMW also attracts concern and panic of the inhabitants living in the surroundings which is filled with high-frequency and low-frequency EMwave. EMW today comes from broadcast towers, the system of the wireless communication, GPS, TVs and defense satellites mostly. Enjoying the convenience resulted from communication technology, people nowadays should also concern about whether EM wave would damage people’s health at the same time. Based on the perspective of cognitive neuroscience, this study mainly focuses on how EM wave produced from WiFi affects subject’s brainwaves under a specific physiological situation. The researcher observes different changing of brainwave when human beings expose in various strength of EM wave, and analyses the affection of EMW toward subject’s brainwaves.

Abstract: We solve the problem of choosing the speed of a mobile robot with ahybrid drive. Hybrid drive consists of an internal combustion engine and anelectric torque drive. We are interested in the modes, which provide the mostefficient process for energy recuperation. We present the mathematicaldependences that describe the process of energy recuperation. We offersuggestions on the choice of the speed of the robot, including taking intoaccount the limitations of current battery charge. It is necessary to note thatthese researches were financed by Ministry of Science of Russia Federationwithin the state task in the sphere of scientific activity

Abstract: Oblique incidence lasertriangulation was used to detect medium and heavy plate flatness in this paper. The article mainly focused on point laser spot center extraction algorithm. Infielddetection of medium and heavy plate flatness, according to the problem of thepoint laser spot center extraction difficulty in interference condition, andfor enhancing lightness of spot center filed, an extraction algorithm of pointlaser spot center is put forward in this paper which combines threshold methodand square-weighted gray level based on floor board effect and traditionalcentroid method. Under no interference condition, point laser spot centerextraction using traditional centroid method has high accuracy. In the fielddetection with dusts, oil drops, water drops or other interferences, measurement precision has since fallen sharply. On this background, accordingto a kind of point laser spot center with the interference of water drops oroil drops, classification extraction algorithm of point laser spot center wasput forward in this paper. At the first level, the spot and the drop contourwas extracted with Sobel Operators. At the second level, the spot area wasextracted. And then, this spot area center was extracted by a point laser spotcenter extraction algorithm which combines threshold method and square-weightedgray level. And the center we get is point laser spot center. The validationresults show that with the water drop interference, the accuracy with a pointlaser spot center extraction algorithm which combines threshold method andsquare-weighted gray level is obviously improved by 94.17% than the traditionalcentroid method.

Abstract: Non-contactingproximity sensors are widely promoted for position detection through determiningthe distance between sensor and object. Besides, the usage of non-contactinginductive proximity sensors for object detections such as finding non-ferrousand ferrous metal tape is the popular technique in mobile robots. Most of thetechnology uses simple HF- oscillation principle as an inductive proximitysensor (IPS) with a decrease in the quality of the oscillator circuit’selectromagnetic to find the tape. By applying this technique, the externalfactors may cause negative effects to systemperformance. To overcome this situation, we set up a hand measurement withinductive proximity sensors and two tapes, meanwhile main tape and disturbingtape are separated by an obstruction sheet. After measuring, dataresults are used to analyze the influence of the obstruction sheet thickness anddisturbance tape to the noise in received signals. The research isthe fundament for further applications, based on inductive proximity sensor formobile robot that could be more robust against noises and disturbances.
