Abstract: The paper studied on hidden dangers in traffic safety caused by misjudgment of driving operation information, along with the development of the automobile market with increasing inexperienced drivers, and put forward the importance of man-machine information interaction analysis. The fuzzy leveler analysis method of accelerating genetic algorithms was used to analyzed the extent of the needs of inexperienced drivers in different situations for different information. It put forward the design ideas which was brought by new LCD display and sensor technology in the process of automobile intelligent development in dashboard design to enhance driving safety. Combined with automobile dashboard interface optimization design example, put forward the corresponding optimization design of dashboard interface based on the results of the analysis.

Abstract: This topic through to the automobile air conditioning working principle and the structure analysis of air conditioning assembly, with AT89C52 as the core of single-chip microcomputer control system is designed, and the controller hardware and part of the circuit design; To realize fuzzy control algorithm of the control system is established. Abstract: This paper presents an improved preview follower, electric vehicle intelligent driver model of steering control strategy. And from the preview following the model proposed steering control method, and the preview follower algorithm, propose a new preview search algorithm, in order to ensure the preview points fall within the expected path, avoid the path curvature caused by excessive electric cars from the path. In addition, by considering the steady state response, to improve the precision of steering control strategy. Use of the multi domain modeling software Dipolar, combined with the electric vehicle dynamic model, the path model of the steering control strategy simulation. The simulation results show that the strategy is applied to electric vehicle path goal good tracking accuracy.

Abstract: he proposed FPGA and SRAM peristaltic intelligent dispensing machine control system design based on the can not only quickly, accurate, intelligent control of dispensing glue, to achieve precise control of the liquid flow rate, can also be used for other work in the intermittent condition of instrument. In addition, through the use of single-chip microcomputer to control the step motor, to achieve the control purpose of peristaltic pump. The user input the motor rotation speed and rotation direction of rotation of the step number, at the same time flexibly, can obtain from the MCU according to its input data generated by a series of control signal, the motor rotate normally. In the dispensing process, through the external interrupt, can be changed at any time of peristaltic pump working mode. This system realizes the machine position control, speed control, interpolation calculation of real-time task, and construct the concept of digital dispenser system. Practice has proved that this system overcomes the dispensing accuracy of traditional time pressure dispensing machine is not high, prone to smearing and other shortcomings, improve the speed and accuracy of the dispensing.

Abstract: underactuated robot is a kind of robot that inputs less degrees of freedom system. Due to nonholonomic constraints of nonsystem, integrability and controllability of underactuated robot has become the effective control of primary concern. This paper analyzes the constrained integrability of underactuatedrobot, reviewing the linear controllable of robot systems, it researches progress of the nonlinear controllability and other methods, putting forward the control the direction of further research of underactuated robot.

Abstract: The work presents the aproach of the finite element investigation of the cardan transmission joint. We treat the problem of structural behaviour, such as analyses that target the strength-related behaviour. It is thus sought to determine certain parameters (nodal displacements, stresses, strains) in the conditions of applying various types of loads - forces, pressures or moments. For this, we used a software for finite element analysis – Cosmos - a product integrated in the Solidworks package. We insisted on calculation of the cardan transmission for Dacia 1307 but they can be easily transposed also to other typodimensions of cars, machines or medical devices from the same category.

Abstract: The digital oscilloscope adopts STM32 MCU as the control core, uses the IDT7201 for memory, through the AD converter ADS830 real-time sampling achieve the extraction of the input signal and digital storage, display; Crossover functions are realized by CPLD to provide accurate clock for MCU, FIFO, ADS830, and communicate with MCU through SPI agreement. Software design to achieve control A/D converter start-up and storage of the sample data, calculate the frequency and amplitude, buttons and LCD screen.Using Altium Designer software to design and produce a digital oscilloscope printed circuit board PCB, and complete the whole production and commissioning. The digital oscilloscope can be real-time accurate sampling and show the general low frequency signal, can be used when using battery power, small volume, convenient to carry, it can be easily integrated into the experiment box, to become a part of it, and other function modules to form a whole.
