Abstract: With the rapid economic development, public facilities demanding to the city public service facilities is increasing. Distinctive expression of urban culture, reflecting the urban characteristics, improving recognition and vividness of the city, is particularly important for the promotion of tourism, stimulating urban economy.City tourism public facilities can express distinctive urban culture, reflect the urban characteristics, and thus the study of urban tourism service facilities and improving the urban tourism public facilities system, for improving the urban development is extremely important.Based on this, this paper presents city tourism public facilities system’s design and implementation under the horizon of environment behavior,designed to background urban construction and development-based, people - behavior - environment as a starting point to guide behavior through environmental science, improve urban tourism research system of public facilities.

Abstract: Nano- and new materials technology are strong research and product development targets, and new applications and solutions arise all the time. Nanotechnology will profoundly influence the competitiveness of companies in every industry. Adoption of technology and it competitiveness is a research topic within the nano-technology area. When examining the adoption of technology, there are various stakeholders and contexts to consider. The competitiveness of nano-technology is very important. However, competitiveness is a complex and multidimensional concept, encompassing various aspects that are difficult to measure. The aim of the research is to discuss the competitiveness of nano technology.The main methods applied by the authors are analysis of the scientific and other literature and logical approach.Evaluating competitiveness in nanotechnology industry is a complex process. This paper provides findings about factors of competitiveness and a managerial framework of nano- technology.

Abstract: E-government is a prerequisite for economic and social informatization. Abstract: Taking the example of aCoal & Chemistry Industry Group and aiming at the problems like unclearindustry synergy motivation, path and target of China’s Diversified large coalenterprise groups, a case study is used to analyze the synergy mechanism of itsdiversified industries through the research procedure of open coding, selectivecoding, axial coding, the test of the theory saturation. The study shows theassociation between the main and expanded coal enterprises business, containingthree forms of association, which are business association, functionassociation and political association respectively. Besides, with the help ofthe internal market, circular utilization, transaction cost reduction,resources sharing, merge and reorganization, scarce resources acquisition andother measures to achieve these effects, for example risk diversification,economy of scope effects, economy of scale effects and market promotion effect,etc.
