Abstract: This paper has found that supervision departments--the department of property management and their subordinate housing maintenance fund management center play the role of “athlete” and “goalkeeper” at the same time when they do supervision of using funds. Then, it puts forward the model of joining third-party supervision. Again according to the analysis of property rights theory, the addition of the third party supervision can make property rights clarity. And it is considered that the way combining the daily supervision with the third party supervision can better control costs, reduce the supervision redundancy and obtain better supervision and benefit. At last, it puts forward feasible supervision mode from the supervision of personnel, the strength and resources three aspects to provide the reference of more efficient and safety using housing maintenance funds.

Abstract: With the rapid development of technology, computer information technology has been widely developed and applied, particularly in the management of power supply equipment in the enterprise. Because the structure and composition of the power system are more complex and diverse, making the power enterprise power equipment management encounter many difficulties, however, the application of computer IT in power enterprise power equipment management brings a new turn and hope for the development of power enterprises. In this regard, the paper mainly makes a detailed discussion and analysis the for the application of computer information technology in the power enterprise power equipment management, has important practical significance to promote the effective integration of computer information technology and power systems.

Abstract: Since the late 1970s, container shipping fell into a high speed development era. The large ship brings the lower cost and more capacities. This paper aims to introduce the evolution of container ship, and then discuss the influence of Panama Canal Expansion Project on container transport routes in the world. The study shows that the competition in shipping market depends upon ship type development.

Abstract: The online marking system, which can improve the marking speed and quality, is widely applied in large-scale standardized tests. The P system had great parallelism is applied in the engineering systems just beginning. In this paper, an automatic online marking-management model (AOMMM) based on membrane computing is constructed, which can find marker had quality problems and remind the markers and the leader automatically. According to the basal rules of membrane computing, the management rules of the proposed AOMMM are designed. Through the analysis of the computational time complexity of the proposed model, we find that only three steps (O (1)) are needed to complete the feedback operation. Experimental result shows that the proposed model is appropriate for online marking management. With benefiting from the advantage of membrane system, the proposed OMMAM implements automatic and real time feedback operation.Key-Words: -standardized tests; online marking; error; control; membrane computing; P system; management automation; membrane system

Abstract: Using multiple regressions and large sample, this study finds evidence that firms with a high proportion of institutional investors tends toward influence managers to select efficient earnings management and restrain aggressive earnings management. This may result in firms health development and stock returns increase, which not only maintain institutional investors own interests, but also maintain the rights of the other small shareholders. This evidence is not consistent with any prior views of institutional investors role. This may shed a new light on this reach area and have realistic meaning and practice value.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise in a scientific and reasonable way, the evaluation index system of the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise is established in this paper. G1 method is used to set the degree of every index. This paper establishes an evaluation model of the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise by combining the extension theory with the evaluation of the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise. On this basis, this thesis takes Shou Yun Mining Industry Co., Ltd as an example and evaluates its rank of work safety standardization. The result is in agreement with the enterprise’s real situation, which indicates that this rank-evaluation model is scientific and with practical value. This model is well-worth being applied and popularized.
