Abstract: This paper uses integrated simulation method, based onthe analysis of key factors affecting effective demand and supply of the housingprovident fund, supply and demand of monitoring model is established and theShanghai and Xi 'an of the housing provident fund market supply and demandpresent situation and future development condition has carried on the empiricalanalysis. The results show that the influence factors of effective supply of thehousing provident fund market for the number of provident fundcapture puts and deposit base, effective demand factors for the extraction of providentfund of draw capital and provident fund loan capital. On this basis, the modelof the monitoring results of Shanghai and Xi’an was consistent with actualsituation, and shows that the model credibility is higher.

Abstract: How to effectively manage the employees withinformation and mobile technology is an important problem to the coal mineindustry, and even many conventional industries. In this paper, a coal mineemployee management system, which is based on their work characteristics andpractical requirements, is presented. The system is composed of mobile terminallayer, transport layer and Web server layer. It conducts intelligent managementand safety monitoring through the acquisition and maintenance of the employees’information. Our work is of great significance in promoting the coal mineindustry to information system management and ensuring the employees’ safetywith information technology.

Abstract: This paper took the regional product quality asthe object of study. Firstly this paper took advantageof PESTEL model tostudy factors of regional product quality from the enterprise external environmentand strategic perspective. Built regional product quality indicator system ofsix aspects from political, economic, social,technological, environment and legal. Then established evaluation modelby gray relational analysis model. The next step is to analyze the variousfactors by expert scoring method. The results can show the influence degree offactors. Scienceand technology spending, Regional GDP are Local fiscal revenue are the topthree important factors. Finally, based on the evaluationresults of the analysis, provided a reference for improving the quality ofregional products.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to test whether there exists a long-term memory volatility characteristics of housing price. The paper based on the data ranging of Zhengzhou from January 2004 to May 2014, by adopting the FIGARCH model, empirically studies and analysis this characteristics. The research results indicate that the price fluctuation of Zhengzhou commodity homes exist effect of cluster and long-term memory characteristic. FIGARCH model can capture the long memory well, and can predict the future price of commodity residential house for a period of time .Therefore, FIGARCH model can well catch long-term memory and forecast the commodity housing price in the future period of time, which illustrates that external shocks have long-standing impact on the volatility of commodity housing price as well, reaching the conclusion that long-effect Mechanism of regulation and control should be set and developed during the macro-control of the government.

Abstract: As a component of market economy, real estate is running and developing in the environment of politics, society, finance and internation. The most important influencing factors of the present Chinese real estate industry are national policy, population, urbanization level and the income of the residents. The most direct factor which influence the real estate market transaction is the change of Chinese population structure since family planning. This paper elaborates mainly through the search for an aging population present situation and challenge of the urbanization process to the real estate market. It is concluded that less than 30years, the effective implement of Chinese “family planning” is completed an average of 80 years of aging process in the developed countries, the urbanization process will also continue to push forward in the future. However, because of the influence of demographic dividend to weaken, the speed will be slowed. Finally five suggestions were given from five aspects on the elderly physiological psychological characteristics, design, production, structure and sales of real estate, based on the new demographic factors challenge of the current Chinese regional real estate.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analysis the effects of residents income, income heterogeneous expectations, housing price changes expectations on housing price fluctuations. The paper firstly adopts adaptive expectation method to quantify income heterogeneous expectations, based on the 2003-2012 relevant data of 23 provinces and autonomous regions of the East and the West, constructs the spatital model, and compares with the rational expectation method. Income of residents, income heterogeneous expectations and housing price changes expectations are set as explanatory variables, commodity housing price as dependent variable. The conclusion is drawn that that the increasing of income, income heterogeneous expectations and housing price changes expectations promotes commodity housing price, and the significance of adaptive expectation method in the research of expectation and housing price fluctuations is indicated.

Abstract: The mega-infrastructure projects system complexity will increase along with the growing rate of stakeholders` quantity, changeable construction environment and multidisciplinary technical implementation. The research aims to analyze the characteristics of this kind of projects progress in the time dimension and evaluate the complexity of the mega infrastructure project system. The complexity evaluation system including 18 measurement indicators is proposed based on the theory of complex system and the structural equation model are applied to be calculated the solution which indicated the key factors and measurement of the mega-infrastructure projects. The conclusion has been drawn and tested by the Wuhan East Lake Channel Project as case study which showed that the measure index and the evaluation model can be applied in evaluating complexity of the mega-infrastructural projects scientifically.
