The Solar Cell Research of Particles Irradiation and Damage Effect

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper discusses the particles irradiation effect of solar cells, particles irradiation damage mechanism of the solar cell are summarized. Through in-depth analysis and summary of predecessors' research results, proposed a variety of means such as electron irradiation, cobalt 60 irradiation and proton irradiation research the irradiation damage effect of polysilicon batteries. Through comparative analysis for rules, and for new materials research of the battery, improving preparation technology of the solar cell and monitoring the production process providing some reference of improving the radiation resistance and electrical performance of the battery.
