Abstract: The direct fibrillation of blast furnace slag can solve these problems, such as having not been recycled of sensible heat, the consumption of water resources, environmental pollution and the low additional value of product, which are caused by the traditional water quenching method. The modification is the key problem of fiber forming. The thesis mainly aims at the study of viscosity of slag, the ability of crystallization and mineral phase structure after the modified process of blast furnace slag and confined the relevance of the three to optimize the appropriate texturizer and adding ratio. The results are as following: Iron ore waste rock, fly-ash and compounded texturizer can improve the high temperature viscosity of the slag respectively, while it has different effect on landing gradient of viscosity and temperature (Fly-ash occupies first place, compounded texturizer comes second and iron ore and waste rock comes the minimum). By analyzing the crystallization behavior of the slag in the solidification process, when the proportion of iron ore waste rock is more than 9%, the fly-ash is equal or greater than 8% and the compounded texturizer is more than 9%, the solidification slag will appear amorphous. The mineral composition of the slag transforms gradually from melilite to vitreous body, which will make the air hole of the vitreous body increased and aperture decreased. When the iron ore waste rock is added, the homogeneity of the air hole will deteriorate, while adding the fly-ash and compounded texturizer will strengthen the homogeneity of the air hole and make the mineral structure intensive gradually.

Abstract: Based on the surface wrinkle defects of cold-rolled strip, the causes and the mechanism were analyzed, the reasons for edge thickening of cold-rolled strip were elaborated, and put forward the corresponding control measures, which achieved good results.

Abstract: Due to its advantages including high quality of the forging parts and low production costs,hot closed-die forging (HCDF) play an essential role in the machine building industry. However, in recent decades, the pace of its development is gradually slowing down. In the hope of drawing up some new ideas about future development of the HCDF, this paper presents a brief overview of it. This study roughly prospects several potential research issues of the HCDF. Some new research fields such as precision forging, combined forging and numerical simulation have been shown. Challenges and possible response to them have been discussed.

Abstract: During the resistance spot welding quality control process, the traditional quality control methods can’t compensate all the affecting factors effectively. By welding 316LVM stainless steel wire to the surface of sheet of the same material, three kinds of process parameters, including electrode voltage, dynamic resistance and electrode displacement which affected by many affecting factors during the spot welding process were measured and analyzed. The results show that, by comparing with the process parameters during the normal situation, the dynamic change of the these process parameters during different stage appears distinguishable characteristics, these characteristics would supply a research basis for recognizing whether the affecting factors exist.

Abstract: For the dispersity of particles in the process of ceramics dry granulating, simulating the effect of spindle eccentricity on it based on the Euler-Euler model. Simulation results show that the volume fraction of particles in the granulating chamber were 52%, 53%, 51% when the spindle eccentricity were 15mm, 25mm, 35mm. For particles distribute in the region of packing density above 0.4kg/m3 , the volume fraction in the granulating chamber were 11%, 3%, 7%. Therefore, spindle eccentricity has little effect on the whole the volume fraction of particles, but the effect on particles distribute in the region of packing density above 0.4kg/m3 is larger .Particles dispersity is best in the process of granulating when spindle eccentricity is 30mm.

Abstract: A refractory lead-zinc sulfide was studied in this experiment, at which the effect of use of new zinc activator L-23 and a traditional zinc activator copper sulfate are compared. It’s drawn from the results, with use of a new activator L-23, the grade and recovery of zinc concentrate have a significantly increase, and attained a good indicator that the zinc concentrate grade is 43.77%, recovery is 79.62%.

Abstract: In condition of bound water, bound water is distributed on surface of pore throat in the form of water film in low permeability and tight sandstone gas reservoir, so bound water reduces the seepage space of the gas and makes gas to occur Special seepage law. This article design physical simulation research experiment about gas seepage law in containing water reservoir. Experimental results explain: Gas seepage curve existed obvious non-linear seepage region in low permeability reservoir, gas slippage effect happens in the low-pressure region, and high-speed non-Darcy seepage happens in the high-pressure region. With the limit of water and pore throat in tight reservoir, gas hardly occurs specific non-linear seepage phenomenon. The critical water saturation which causes gas effective permeability sudden changing is around 30% in low permeability and tight reservoir. The research result has important theoretical significance on establishing corresponding percolation model of single well productivity and efficient development of low permeability and tight sandstone gas reservoir.

Abstract: The mineral processing flow sheet and reagent system of flotation copper minerals from alarge copper sulfide deposit in Yunnan were fully investigated. The results indicated that the optimum conditions for flotation of copper minerals from the material were identified as follows: grinding fineness of 80%(-0.074mm), dosage of CaO 800g/t, butyl xanthate 100g/t.Under such condition, a copper recovery of 90.57% with a concentrate grade of 19.52% was achieved from the material using a closed circuit flow sheet of one-stage roughing flotation, two-stage cleaning flotation and two-stage scavenging flotation.

Abstract: A leaching experiment was launched on silver ore whose silver content is 101.6g/t in Yunnan province, China. Technological mineralogy research of the ore indicates that the content of carbon which is bad for leaching is 2.23%. Leachable silver minerals mainly are oxidized silver, elemental silver and silver sulfide. And the theory leaching ratio of the silver ore is 67.43%. When the content of-74um is 75%; dosage of sodium cyanide is 4.5kg/t; dosage of lime is 0.5kg/t; velocity of agitation is 400r/min; leaching time is 24h, a best indicator which leaching ratio is 70.47% can be obtained. Meanwhile, silver in lixivium is 20.42mg/L.
