An Optimal Rescheduling Mechanism of Modern Enterprise Manufacturing Resource

Article Preview

Abstract:

To the changeability and complexity of modern enterprise manufacturing resource in product manufacturing system, based on the holon theory, a composite holon construction model of enterprise manufacturing resource was proposed. On the basis of the model, some holon’s functions and holon’s construction were studied, and an optimal rescheduling mechanism of modern enterprise manufacturing resource was established. Finally, the simulation system of the manufacturing resource recombining based on holon have been demonstrated and validated by Flexsim software. It has shown this proposed method can effectively recombine enterprise manufacturing resource, and it can improve the rapid response capability of modern enterprise.
