Study on Dynamic Characteristics of the Engine Mounts System Based on the Virtual Prototype

Article Preview

Abstract:

The Virtual Prototype of Engine Mounts System of a Certain Bus Was Established Based on ADAMS. and the Dynamic Characteristics of the System Was Simulated and Studied. and the Conclusion of the Damping Characteristics Was Drawn. it Is Shown that Damping Characteristics of the Engine Mounts System Can Be Improved Greatly and Resonance Should Be Avoided when the Parameters of Mounts Are Chosen. at the same Time Large Deformation Should Be Limited under Dynamic Load.
