Abstract: Lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFeO4 battery) is a very promising power battery. The research on LiFeO4 battery and the realization of its battery management system are very significant for the development of Electric Vehicle. Based on a large number of test data, the equivalent circuit model of battery is established, the parameters of the battery model are obtained using least-square method, and then the improved SOC estimation algorithm is studied in simulation conditions. All of the battery management algorithms are achieved in simulation model. The C code is generated from simulation model and applied in battery management system. Finally, the battery management algorithms are verified by simulation and hardware-in-loop test and bench test.

Abstract: A new method of equivalent pre-stress is suggested by used of methods of equivalent strain and temperature according to different working mechanisms between free segment and consolidated segment of anchor cable. The mechanism on reinforcement of pre stress anchor cable is simulated by finite element. It is concluded that the axial stress and displacement of consolidated segment tends to be initiated gets to decrease with the increase of depth. The shear stress of the out end of free segment increases rapidly and arrives at the biggest value, then decreases slowly with the increase of depth. The stress and displacement of rock is distributed in axi-symmetric mode with anchor cables. The concentration zone in shape of a funnel is formed at the out anchor head. The concentration zone in tension is formed at the inner consolidated segment. Abstract: This paper carries on the stable state simulation and transition condition simulation for the single phase power systems, which are without TCSC and with TCSC systems. Both without TCSC and with TCSC circuits in the single-phase power system, have been carried out a detailed steady state and transition condition simulation, and studied the influence for TCSC that on power system load voltage and load power. In addition, applies the TCSC conventional PID impedance control mode, with TCSC fuzzy PID impedance control in the electrical power system, contrasts their function that display in the electrical power system operation, and demonstrate the two controllers’ advantage and disadvantage. In the stable state simulation, establishes the systems operation separately in the two kind of situations that rated load and overload, observes the respective load voltage profile, and carries on the comparison with other, in order to study the function for TCSC that work s in the single phase power system normal operation time . In the transition condition simulation, establishment short trouble, views the system transition condition’s load voltage, makes its profile the comparison, and studies TCSC in the single phase power system transition condition function. At the same time, considered the difference for TCSC impedance control modes, as well each as the influence which produces to the TCSC performance characteristic, makes the TCSC conventional PID impedance control mode and TCSC fuzzy PID impedance control mode to apply in the single phase power system separately, and carries on the two's simulation profile in detail contrastive analysis . The simulation result indicated that TCSC has the tidal current control and the damping line power vibration, enhances the electrical power system transition condition stably many kinds of functions, in the stable state condition, TCSC can increase system's transportation power, and reduce the electric transmission loss; under the transition condition, TCSC can suppress the system power oscillation and enhance the system stability.

Abstract: The Impact of Corrosion on the Mechanical Properties of Smooth Steel Rebar HPB235 The impact of corrosion on the mechanical properties of steel rebar was examined. An experimental investigation was carried out in order to gain better insight of the effect of corrosion on the mass loss, strength, of smooth Steel Rebar HPB235 10 mm diameter steel bars that were artificially corroded for different corrosion levels. Corrosion is a negative contributor on the structural integrity of concrete structures and leads to degradation of the mechanical properties of steel rebar. In order to evaluate the influence of corrosion on the mechanical properties of steel rebar, an experimental investigation was conducted on smooth steel rebar of 10 mm diameters, and which were artificially corroded for 1, 3, 5 and 7 months. The laboratory tests suggest that corrosion duration had a significant impact on the strength degradation of the specimens. The mechanical properties of tensile test before and after corrosion indicated progressive variation and drastic drop in their values. The corrosion enhanced the damage and created pits and notches, resulting in stress concentration points and progressive reduction of strength. It gets the express formula nominal ultimate strength and nominal yield strength.

Abstract: Extension theory are widely used in many fields such as machinery, manufacturing, meterials and automation. Dependent function is the core of extension set. On the basis of extension distance between the point and the infinite interval, we construct the formulas of location value and the corresponding elementary dependent function whose discussion field is an infinite interval and positive field finite, and get some properties. The proposed function allows extension theory in the areas of materials science and engineering science with a broader scope.

Abstract: Two coupled small parameter ordinary differential equations were considered. The solutions of differential equations will change rapidly near both sides of the boundary layer. Firstly, the properties were studied for differential equations. Secondly, the asymptotic properties of differential equations were discussed. Thirdly, the numerical methods with zero approximation were constructed for both left side and right side singular component differential equations. Finally, error analyses were given.

The existence of real-time network in the feedback control loop makes it more complex to analyze and design the NCS. In this paper, the networked control systems with network-induced delay, parameters uncertainty and packet loss which are induced by the limited bandwidth of communication networks is modeled, consider the sensors that can’t send information to controller and the actuators that can’t receive information calculated and sent by the controller, the integrity design of the networked control system with sensors failures and actuators failures is analyzed based on information scheduling and robust fault-tolerant control theory. Sufficient conditions, based on Lyapunov function method, are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). When these LMIs are feasible, the explicit expression of the controller can also be characterized. After detailed theoretical analysis, the simulation results is provided, which further demonstrated the proposed scheme.

Abstract: In the paper the theory of cutting wood fiber on micron-level has been put forward, that is the cutting power of micron flake wood fiber is much smaller than the mechanical power consumed by grinding. Therefore, the manufacture method for micron flake wood fiber is a kind of way of materials preparation, which can economize energy, decrease in consumption and pollution. From the theoretical analysis, only a reasonable cutting-arrangement on direction can significantly reduce the power. So in the condition of reducing power, relying on pure shear to fracture fibers in tissue is the best effort, at the same time through the vertical ultra-high-speed cutting in grain, the micron filament fibers will be cut out. The influences produced by various factors for the formation of flake fibers have been verified through testing, including the improved tool material, the wood grain, the cutting speed and the improvements for locating specimen.Through the improved method for sluggish wood-fiber cutting, not only does this method reduce power consumption, but also decrease the probability of fiber cut off and substantial increase fiber’s length and quality. Moreover, after these flake fibers having been rescheduled, the elastic modulus of fiber MHFB hot pressed out can reach 5171Mpa, and the grip force of that can reach 1933N.
